On a different note, just about every Silsbee game I have watched this year on Texan Live, the camera guy is by far the worst I have seen on TL and I have watched many games on TL. He never follows the ball on passes or kicks and it's like sometimes he/she has fallen asleep but more likely playing on the phone. It's terrible camera work. Show some actual care and pride in your work. C'mon man!!

After going down 24-7 end of 1st Q, Silsbee outscored Stafford 42-6 the last 3 quarters. Silsbee defense made some adjustments (still got hit by the big pass play a couple of times). But all in all made the stops when needed. Silsbee offense grounded it out, particularly in 2nd half and dominated time of possession. Silsbee 4-1 headed to a much needed bye week to heal up some. Congrats Tigers for not giving up and toughing it out.

That gives the Horns 2 shut outs and 51 total points given up on the year. Very good defensive stats for a school that has been known for offensive production for a few years.

My guess is about 10 carries 50-60 yards. Couple good runs called back. But too many stopped in backfield. Qb too. Bootleg and running for his life wasnt working but they kept at it. Have to play to the strengths of our kids. Not against the grain.

They came out after half and punched us in the mouth. Literally ran straight at our boys. True smash mouth ground and pound. Physically they dominated us up front all night. And had the accuracy of a truely developed QB to make the plays. The Qb coach's son made it look easy with the speedy receivers. Dixon Sr played ball across the river for Westlake before going to SFA. Heard some stories i cant repeat bout him and his family. In closing... I would love to make it easy and have Houston win the last two to win the division but it's not necessary. Any combo of a Houston win and an Arlington loss would clinch the division for the Astros. But I would feel much better with them winning the last two then it would not matter what Arlington does.

Some thoughts from the game… LP played mistake-free football tonight. Very few penalties. Only one mishap really with the onside kick. Brook did a good job keeping #21 from breaking long runs. Probably only had 1 maybe 2 runs of 15+. 2 of their TD’s came from busted coverages by Brook (especially on the last TD to put them up 45-42). Their kicker is a weapon. No missed XP’s and perfect on field goals. Kickoffs down inside the 5 or for touchbacks every time. WB had every chance to win this game. Scored on the opening drive but called back by the refs. Multiple penalties that would have limited LP to FG’s instead of TD’s. 2 really bad busted coverages that led to LP TD’s. Special teams (especially kickoff coverage) were pretty bad tonight. Multiple times LP started their drives almost to mid field or past it. If WB plays like that the rest of the year they are going to be a tough out and are gunna have a chance to sneak into the playoffs. Proud of my bruins on the effort tonight! Just got ourselves behind the ball too early tonight and didn’t have enough time to finish it off. Fun, physical and exciting game tonight - glad I got to watch!

I honestly can't answer that because I'm not sure what kind of disaster a nuke would cause if Iran had one. There are only a handful of people that know how close Iran was to a nuke, the rest of the world is speculating. I wish prices were lower, but so far it has not stopped me from going places I want or dipping in my savings, and I don't carry balances on my CC's. My Son is doing great. Honestly my only big complain is mortgage rates are keeping the used home inventory low. I want to buy an older home on a couple acres in Hardin County....
