  1. Everybody hates on CardinalBacker, but he's hit the nail on the head when he talks about people ignoring a lot of really bad behavior/poor performance and circling the wagons around Trump. we're seeing more of it in this thread, including the continual deflection/pretending that the whole Epstein thing is an effort to get at Trump. I'm with you completely on the ideas that 1) this is much bigger than Trump (although if the ish sticks to him let him wear it) and 2) he's handled the whole situation horribly, shielding powerful people just as Biden did (either actively or through omissions and redactions).

  2. There’s no doubt the left is trying get Trump but their was plenty of outrage from the right when Bongino and Patel were building up their podcast on how if they were in charge they would Hammer the Deep State from Epstein Clients to the Russia Hoax to the J6 situation. This list goes on. They even wrote books on how they were going to hammer all those situations! They said they knew where the bodies were buried metaphorically speaking. Well they were put in charge (FBI DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT DEPUTY DIRECTOR) and guess what? Bongino only lasted 9 months then checked out. What an embarrassment. It’s been over a year now and ZERO ARREST OF ANYONE NOTABLE! I hope in the near future I can get on here and celebrate evil people going to prison but I am not going to hold my breath. And if something notable doesn’t change between now and the midterms Trump will be a Lameduck then impeached again. JMO

  3. [email protected] Tom’s Track Volume 38, Number 1 Feb. 13, 2026 My apologies for missing last year. My wife passed away on Jan. 30, 2025 and your ol’ Bubba needed time to bounce back from that. I’m back but I should have sent out this opening installment sooner than this. I’m sure there are dozens of new high school area track coaches and athletes for me to learn in a big hurry. But I will give it my best shot. First, my new e-mail address is [email protected]. That is significant for all you folks who will host meets. I’m sure my attendance at some of these area meets will be hit and miss, and probably mostly miss. So please e-mail your meet schedules and your meet results before and after to this e-mail -- [email protected] As always, I will attempt to provide a list of area leaders as the information can be accurately determined. Thanks for your help because I’m sure I will need as much of it as possible. We begin with a tentative season schedule. Of course, these dates and locations are subject to change but here’s what I have as of Feb. 13. …. Let’s have a strong track season, tom halliburton if you would like to receive pdf-formatted updates in track season, please email [email protected] AREA OUTDOOR HIGH SCHOOL TRACK SCHEDULE FOR FEBRUARY Feb. 13 NEDERLAND BULLDOG RELAYS Feb. 19 PN-G JOE WILLIAMSON RELAYS Feb. 19 SPLENDORA WILDCAT RELAYS Feb. 20 CLEAR SPRINGS CHARGER RELAYS Feb. 20 DAYTON QUINN WOOD RELAYS Feb. 21 HUMBLE SAM MOSLEY RELAYS Feb. 26 BRIDGE CITY CARDINAL RELAYS Feb. 26 HAMSHIRE-FANNETT LONGHORN RELAYS Feb. 27 CONROE TIGER RELAYS Feb. 27 LAMAR CONSOLIDATED RELAYS Feb. 27 LIBERTY TRINITY VALLEY RELAYS tom track 1.pdf

  6. I can't say I blame you. I spent many years doing many things for this government of ours. It left me hanging out on my own on more than one occasion. I chose not to vote. You bringing up Benghazi hit close to home for me for a somewhat similar situation in the 80's. There was plenty of denial then as well. Now, I champion personal liberty and fiscal sanity. I'm not receiving either, and neither is anyone else. Regardless of Party. But, I can still hope. Maybe, there's still a chance we can get our government back to what was intended.

  7. It’s obvious the DOJ is suppressing truthful information and not investigating powerful elites from what I’ve seen over the years. Our government is broken. I’ll just leave it at that. Pretty disgusted at this point. The judiciary hearing the other day was a dumpster fire with Pam Bondi. What a embarrassment.

  8. That I can’t say. All I can say is everything done in a SCIF is tracked and recorded. This is done for security purposes. I didn’t see the interview y’all say Bondi bombed out on other than snippets here. I DID see the news article with the photo of the notes on Jayapal. They weren’t anything special, and would be typical tracking. I can understand why Bondi would have notes on what everyone viewed. I wouldn’t necessarily jump to a malicious conclusion. She may have merely wanted to be prepared, since she knew it was going to be a ‘gotcha’ meeting. How many meetings like that have you seen where the person being grilled couldn’t give an answer because they were caught unaware of what they may be asked? (They were set up for the visuals & press.) Like I say, I doubt it was nefarious. She knows her job is on the line and wanted to be prepared. But, that’s just my take.

  9. All the folks that are invested, is this true? Elizabeth Stein She works for Tides Foundation (soros open society funded) funded World Without Exploitation They produced the superbowl commercial of "victims" this past weekend She was a FULL GROWN ASS WOMAN when she met Maxwell at her job at 21 years old She formed a 3 year *friendship* with Epstein and Maxwell........apparently sexual She didn't realize she was trafficked until 30 years later when Epstein was sentenced. She attempted but failed to recover funds from the Victims fund Maxwell's attorney pointed out she did not legally qualify as a “crime victim” under the CVRA and she received no payout. But she sure did try.

  10. Good grief what a slime ball. Guy says 2005 is the last time he had anything to do with Epstein and that Epstein was Gross. Then 2012 takes his family and kids to Epstein island to have lunch. Then this pops up. Trump is inflicting his own wounds. Another bad hire.

  12. CB’s criticism was laser focused on Trump, never had anything much to say about the previous dumpster fire of an administration. You can call it ignoring bad behavior, but many folks, like myself, hate some of his antics but when I see a secure border and lower crime, I’ll take the trade off, don’t see anyone else getting it done. I don’t know why things aren’t developing faster with the Epstein files and neither do you, I simply choose not to call him the pedo President like some do until proof comes out saying otherwise, if that’s circling the wagons, so be it. And yes, there are many folks, some on this board, that will lose interest in this immediately if Trump is found out to not be involved.

    Drug Murder in Silsbee

First, by Texas law if you are committing a crime act, you generally don’t get self defense. As an example… A guy goes in to rob a store with a gun. He has no intention of using it but as he makes his demand for the money and then grabs it and runs. The clerk pulls his own gun as the robber tries to get away and is running out of the store. The clerk shots the robber who is clearly trying to get away. The robber turns and shoots at the store clerk in “self defense” because the store clerk is shooting at him while he is just trying to get away. The store clerk dies. Self defense? No, it’s Capital Murder and death penalty eligible. The robber trying to flee was still in the act of committing a robbery by trying to escape with the money and the store clerk acted lawfully, whereas the robber did not. There is no self-defense in such a case. In this situation the accused went into a felony drug deal and brought a firearm. Was he an innocent and unwilling bystander or a person willingly participating in a felony (for which he was convicted) where he brought a gun anticipating possible violence? So even if he was defending himself, is it “clearly self defense” while participating in a potential violent felony? Let’s look at the actual law on self defense. Here is the quoted applicable Texas Penal Code law on if self defense is lawful while committing a crime. A person person is justified in using self defense IF; (C) was committing or attempting to commit aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated robbery; (2) did not provoke the person against whom the force was used; AND (3) was not otherwise engaged in criminal activity, other than a Class C misdemeanor that is a violation of a law or ordinance regulating traffic at the time the force was used. Notice that it says “was not otherwise engaged in criminal activity, other than a Class C misdemeanor that is a violation of a law or ordinance regulating traffic at the time the force was used”. He was most definitely engaged in criminal activity other that a traffic citation. Obviously the DA didn’t think it was clearly self defense. Read the quote from the law and tell me if self defense is available in Texas while voluntarily committing a felony. With that being the law, I said that the it would be a tough case possibly by the defense attorney doing his/her job of trying to convince the jury to not go by the law that I posted. Oh well, the other guy was a bad guy so let my client go. It worked. That is the system. Notice that the same jury who was almost certainly given the law that I posted above and apparently found that he was “not engaged in a criminal activity” (other than a traffic citation), found that he was engaged in 4 felonies and gave him the maximum sentence. The accused is guaranteed the right to a public trial and a unanimous decision of proof beyond a reasonable doubt before conviction. A jury can be 90% sure that the crime was committed yet that is reasonable doubt. That doesn’t mean innocent. It means the jury didn’t feel that the DA proved the case. That again is the system. So again, read the law that I quoted on self defense. It can be lawful IF stopping certain crimes against the person AND was not committing another crime… which the jury coincidentally found him guilty of 4 felonies. I have no clue what was testified to in court, but I can reasonably believe that DA was looking at the same law that I posted. The jury said that he is not guilty so by law he is not guilty, hard stop. Clearly self defense??

  22. I’m sorry you’re disgusted. Many of us feel the same. But, I warned you that you weren’t going to get the satisfaction you crave. There was never any way that a sizeable number of perps (foreign nationals) were going to face any kind of criminal charges in U.S. courts, or elsewhere. There won’t be any charges against Americans either after all of this theater. Shaming and ostracizing is the best you’ll get. Maybe some of them will decide to take things into their own hands. Who knows? Just keep your eye on the ball. There are only 3 key things we should wish from our government. National Security from foreign adversaries to protect our way of life. Freedom from government intrusion into our personal liberties. Manage our money wisely and frugally. Any other campaign promise is just bunk. Look for candidates that promise those basic things. They’re hard enough.

  26. I believe I have already agreed with you on this point but that is obviously not good enough, it’s not always about Trump. This administration has an opportunity to blow this wide open and they’re passing on it and hiding information from the public. Did you watch the judiciary hearing with Pam Bondi the other day? It was embarrassing and this was Trumps response. Trump is tone deaf! It’s not ALL about him! The law he signed called the Epstein Files Transparency Act got almost a unanimous vote from Republicans and Democrats which rarely happens. Donald J Trump “AG Pam Bondi, under intense fire from the Trump Deranged Radical Left Lunatics, was fantastic at yesterday’s Hearing on the never ending saga of Jeffrey Epstein, where the one thing that has been proven conclusively, much to their chagrin, was that President Donald J. Trump has been 100% exonerated of their ridiculous Russia, Russia, Russia type charges. Actually, it is the SLIMEBALL Democrats, many of them big Donors and Politicians, that have been proven GUILTY! “Republican” Loser, Sanctimonious RINO Congressman, Thomas Massie, made a total fool of himself yesterday, fighting aimlessly against a hopeless agenda of Hate and Stupidity, as most clearly stated by his crashing Job Approval Numbers in the Great Commonwealth of Kentucky, where a Military Hero Opponent, Ed Gallrein, is crushing him in the Polls. He is now in “Wacky” Liz Cheney territory! Nobody cared about Epstein when he was alive, they only cared about him when they thought he could create Political Harm to a very popular President who has brought our Country back from the brink of extinction, and very quickly, at that! In fact, this attempt by the Democrats to take away attention from tremendous Republican SUCCESS is backfiring badly. Maybe they should focus on their quest to Open our Borders to the World’s Greatest Criminals, have Transgender for Everybody or, get Men, no matter their size or strength, to play in Women’s Sports. Thank you for your attention to this matter! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP”
