In :22 and '23 PNG had a spring intrasquad game and 1 preseason scrimmage. Maybe 2, but I only recall 1. PAM was sort of their 2nd scrimmage. Maybe it works out that way again this season, but anyway its a good first game. It'll be interesting to see which QBs end up on top. Defense is a big question mark, and special teams too, so this game will reveal a lot. Should be a sellout.

There is no team that "cant practice". Worst case scenario is to start practice at 4:00-4:30.

I agree. Only way Houston gets another arm for this season is to give up a player or two on the current big league roster.

Astros have the worse farm system don’t have much to give… after all the big trades over the years.

There is always a way around things. These rich districts will probably buy bubbles to practice in. So how do u make fair if one team has such facilities s ones that don’t and can’t practice

This year feels like the team we had when Goode came and Baker was the starting back and Amante was a freshman. That team was unknown . So yeah imma say more of a reload than rebuild.

That's 6 consecutive wins and 11 of last 12. It's the first time Houston has been 3 games above .500 since April 4 when they were 6-3. I agree that Pena is the MVP of this series. I really would like to see another arm on the roster but doesn't look like it will happen.

Alvarez hasn't hit a home run in 4 games. Probably won't hit one ever again. Hope the Astros can dump him before the trade deadline. Anybody miss somebody?? IYKYK.

I hate too see how many cramps and possible injuries are going to happen those 1st few games because of the new rules. Most players will not be in shape if they don’t have in door facilities. Teams that are moving practice times certainly have the right idea. If the temperature only allows you to work out in shorts with conditioning on hot days and getting to workout only an hour will be brutal on those teams the 1st few games. You will probably see a ton of mistakes also especially penalties

PNG has moved all practices to before school for now. 5:40am start. I’ve heard some others are going 5-7:30pm
