I wasn't sure, but they way they played against shepherd and Splendora I doubt they are back.

To be fair to Coldspring, we faced Kirbyville in preseason who has repeatedly been an outstanding program, and who we lost to (then beat in a close game) last season, and we also played Crockett, who is ranked in the top 10 on 2A. With Coldspring being one of the smallest 3A schools in Texas, it was a pretty fair match-up. Coldspring does not have much competition in their district, but Coldspring is just that good this year, and I expect them to be in Dallas in December.

A few weeks back it was said that Huffman couldn't hang with Liberty, we all seen what happened, when they finally played a quality team. As for Cleveland, i have said it a few times already, They are young, we have 7 starting sophmores on defense, they have been making some mistakes, but they will get tuned up and they will beat Liberty.

Up until last year, who won district year after year in 22-3A?  Seems to me like all of you were loosing to this terrible Indian team, now because Cleveland has had one bad year you think there done? All I can say is get your popcorn and soda folks because District 22-3A is gonna get very interesting after this week...  ;)

obviously you didn't see the game.. i doubt ya'll can exploit liberty the way huffman did. huffman won on pure coaching and execution alone. and up until the last second it was a two score game.. that includes the dropped past in the endzone by jones that would have made it a one score game late in the 4th.. anywho.. thought this was a 21-3a v 22-3a thread. not lets pump up our home teams with the inability to see with any clarity what so ever..

I've seen all of these teams play except for Silsbee. From what I can see statistically and comparing similar opponents and from the fact that Silsbee already beat Cleveland, I will say that if they play Cleveland (which they won't because they won't be making the playoffs this year) then they will win. As far as Huffman goes, IDK. Townley has an arm but doesn't do well under pressure, so I could see Silsbee beating them but it wouldn't be a blow out. And Silsbee and Liberty wouldn't play because Cleveland and Huffman would both go division II along with Silsbee.

I think Liberty needs to be worrying about making the playoffs, Huffman done knocked out Liberty, you know CS will also, so it looks like you are for sure Liberty will beat Cleveland out to get in the playoffs. We would have played several good programs by the time we get to Liberty, starting with Silsbee, Cleveland will beat Liberty. JMO

Yes Liberty did lose to Huffman, but one bad game does NOT knock you out of the playoffs. CS, Huffman, and Cleveland are still currently undefeated in district play, but mathematically Liberty can still win a piece of the district title. And thats a FACT not JMO.
