Uh, no not really...The negative karma (as if it means anything at all) came from one poster last year around the time of the 3rd round game against Kirbyville which CS won...My understanding is that he gave negative karma to just about every poster from CS.... I didn't say anything bad about Wimberley...I merely gave my opinion based on what I observed last year and what I feel will happen tomorrow evening... I do wonder, however, why you seem to be so preoccupied with posting in this thread...
I agree. I've been wondering the same thing all week.
 2.
WO-S will beat Coldspring next week. My predication is 21-13 Mustangs!
What's a predication?
 3.
Don't be so quick assuming Wimberly is coming out of Region IV.  Their potential 2nd round match-up with Gonzales will be well worth the price of admission.  Coach Lock has the Apaches playing some good football right now.
I think wimberley might face a tougher team of Devine. They are undefeated.

Bridge City has came across some quality teams to get them ready for this kind of game atmosphere. How will coldspring react if we come out and slap the crap out of them in the first half like we did last year? No one knows from Coldsring cause they havent seen it all year. Lets gettem Cards!! Practice with some heart this week the community believes in you guys!! yall are way to tallented of a group to just loose in the first round!!
LOL!!! That's all I have to say about that schedule. CS should have added Tomball living stone home school jv, then I would be impressed. LOL.
In case you didn't know, football schedules are done for 2 years in a row, and if it makes you feel better, CS is not playing any of the preseason teams next season because nobody wants to play us, and we've called all around here looking for games, in 4A division, too, and nobody wants to play because they don't want to lose to us. We can't help our district just like ya'll can't, and Huffman was not an easy win. Yes we are ranked in every poll, and those polls use statistics and strength of schedule to determine their rankings, so CS will be a challenge for every oppenent this season. GO TROJANS. DAY BY DAY.
 5. You think BC can win this? just like last year, huh?  and they take things and games "DAY BY DAY" not overlooking opponents. and i'm referencing COLDSPRING for 'DAY BY DAY'
 6.
It seems that people are saying coldspring is the best thing theve seen since color tv. I hope they underestimate BC. Those boys are winners and they play downright hard. This will not be a blowout. As a matter of fact, I say BC can win this. Any team that plays Coldspring's schedule would look good. I'm not saying they aren't a great team, I'm just saying that this song and dance is heard every year from different teams. I.e. Brownwood last year. Sorry guys, I don't buy CS being the ultimate team.
You think BC can win this? just like last year, huh?  and they take things and games "DAY BY DAY" not overlooking opponents.
 7.
Huffman now has a much better and bigger follwing that we use to and reason is WINS. We had a good Supid back then and got the bond passed before the fallout in 08. We are very proud of our facility and it was about thirty years late but we got it. Only thing I wish we could  do is get some better baseball and softball bleachers but all is good on the lake. Our main employer is not the county jail. Sorry but you took the first swipe.  8)
Our main employer is not the county jail either. It is the school district
 8. Worst officiating I've ever seen in football, but that is why Coldspring is the champion. Champions overcome adversity!  Go Trojans.
 9.
Coldspring definitely is a good team but they haven't played good competition yet.  That kinda puts a little cloud over those stats.  Now when playoff time gets here we will really get  to see how impressive these Trojans are. They shouldn't have too much trouble until then.
To be fair to Coldspring, we faced Kirbyville in preseason who has repeatedly been an outstanding program, and who we lost to (then beat in a close game) last season, and we also played Crockett, who is ranked in the top 10 on 2A. With Coldspring being one of the smallest 3A schools in Texas, it was a pretty fair match-up. Coldspring does not have much competition in their district, but Coldspring is just that good this year, and I expect them to be in Dallas in December.
So basically what your saying is only skill positions matter?  Wow Gilbert won't have anywhere to run with out a line. The only reason coldsprings was able to go on thier run last year is, because they had a very experienced oline lead by u of h comitt Matt Wilson. BTW Huffman has 2 retuning klayton larsen and darrian grey coldspring has Alfred Scott and Gilbert and maybe a wr p.s. I still belive coldspring is the favorite just trying to show you how many starters you have coming back isn't the only thing that matters.
btw, Matt Wilson signed with Texas Tech, not u of h
