WO-S DC?

Since the new coach has brought in a new DC from Westbrook, does anyone know if they will still run the 5-0 defense that they’ve ran since 1977? Also what about Mike Pierce, the outgoing DC who’s been there many years, is he taking another role or is he leaving for another school?

I heard there going to a 4-3 what LCM runs now.

Gonna be too many 2 way players to be very efficient on offense so yeah you’re right…it will look different I have to imagine

Sounds good to me. I look forward to meeting him. I hope Newton makes him offensive coordinator, we need someone who is not scared to throw the ball when our opponent puts 9 or 11 in the box like they did last year.

I was told the new QB coach is matt calvert from HJ. Before that he was OC at tarkington, and head baseball coach at west hardin.

Thanks for the MBG stamp of approval. Don't know how much success he could've had in the past. But I'm looking forward to it here. Could also resurrect our soccer program, and perhaps help on the diamond. Looks like a great hire for now.

Is DPG staying on as RBs coach? Who's coaching the DBs over there?

DPG is as far as I know,no idea about a DB coach

I though that was the specialty of the new DC himself. If not, what position does he coach?

Time will tell as it always does but things arn’t looking good at the moment in Mustang Nation. 
 

Dismantled does seem the appropriate word.

Man this is going to be interesting for sure. Can't wait to see how this shakes out. The doubters definitely have an argument but my chips are on the Mustangs and the tradition. Arguing, fighting, slamming and dogging out folk over this until September is going to be chop busting awesome.

WOS will still be WOS, just don't be surprised if in a few games they give up more points than normal. 

 

If they stay healthy they'll be in at least the Regional Final.

That would definitely be a good season after a pretty much completely new staff,and I would be surprised if it happens

Region final is not a lock.

DC 1st... and foremost.

1st few games... expect some growing pains

They definitely have some legit hurdles right here in district.  Nevertheless I cannot abide any losses in district.
