Can someone tell me how a Supreme Court justice that can’t define what a woman is is supposed to interpret the 19th Amendment?

Today the SCOTUS nominee said she can’t define a woman because she’s not a biologist. So it begs the question: How do we know if Joe actually nominated a female person of color? And….If you can’t define gender then how can you define skin color?
