A little disappointed in Humble's play. Thought they would be better. Barbers Hill plays a very good 2-3 zone defense and is patient on offense. Good win for the Eagles.

The most impressive player I saw was in the JV game. Barbers Hill freshmen Max Armer was the smallest player on the floor but played bigger than anyone. He scored 22 points, 12 in the crucial 4th quarter of a 73-70 win for BH. This young man I will keep an eye on the next 3 years.

Max works hard and has a good court awareness.  Hopefully he gets his next growth spurt soon.  He is also a very good distance runner, so he doesn't tire out very easily.
