Vidor challenged Nederland down to the wire, and GCM just beat them... I think we have a great chance of winning this! Should be a close game that could go either way.

Yep last two games our second half offense has stalled. But in each game we were up by 3 scores at halftime so that's what happens when you get comfortable

but on the other hand in games like the one against central, we were down 21-7 at half and came back and tied it at 21.. So depends on the game I guess

Nothing against Lumberton because I'd say this about any of our district teams playing Ned after they got beat by GCM. I see Ned taking this one by a couple scores.   After the loss to GCM, Ned will come back with some inspired football and will be way to much for the L-train.

This could come down to the last man holding the ball. If Lumberton can drive and keep Nederland's offense off the field they have a chance. Hope Rhodes has a stellar game.

I feel like we got Nederland's best effort last year after GCM snapped the long district winning streak.  I agree with you that we will see a different Nederland team after they took one on the chin last night.  Lumberton will be prepared and will have a chance to win this game.   The game will be decided by penalties and turnovers, imo.  Good luck to both teams.

I think, like all other teams in the dist, lumberton has a chance to win this game. Nederland could have lost a cou l me more, but they didn't. Now can lumberto handle the pressure of this game. We will see

I think this is a matchup nightmare for Nederland.. If Lumberton plays mistake free, I think it will be a slugfest. I have seen Nederland 3 times this year and if you line up and pound the rock the whole game, you will have a chance IMO....

Yarborough and Rhodes last games as well. Lumberton is a senior team.
