Jackson and Bottley played just as well for Silsbee as anyone.
I think HJ did a decent job keeping Miller and Harris in check.

After how the HJ and Jacksonville games have gone, I think Silsbee is gonna have to settle for winning ugly from here on out.
We've knocked Furr out of the playoffs so many times these past few years, I'm sure they're going to be wanting some of the Tigers.
So long as we don't play terrible, Tigers by 6.

I don't see a lot of strong wins on Jordan's resume besides maybe Arlington Martin.

Rebounding was a problem. I think we did pretty well other wise.

It's been pretty nice playing only other small town teams so far. That's over though. Going to have to play even better to make it to state. I do like the way we played defense tonight.

It's the Silsbee way. It'll drive you nuts sometimes though. Less so when a few of them start falling.
If you're HJ, you'd better do everything you can to keep Silsbee from going up 10+ in the 3rd.

Waco Connally is always a solid squad, but not quite good enough to be on that next level.

Duncanville wins state again if they were allowed to play. I think their opponents would put up better fights though since they're a litter weaker compared to last year's team.

Tigers played an okay game. No Harris for most the first half really hurt us. I'll give Jacksonville some credit. They were a little tougher than I thought they'd be.
Be nice if we don't start off the next game with wet toilet paper defense

I watched the entire Jacksonville/Kilgore game. If Jacksonville plays Silsbee like they did Kilgore in the first half, they're going to be in serious trouble. They can get hot from 3, but so can a lot of teams the Tigers have played this year.
#21 is the only post presence they have. They rested him a lot. Again, they do that to Silsbee, they're going to be in trouble. Most of their kids that played are only about 6'1.

Tighten some things up a bit on defense and the Tigers will be okay.
I couldn't care less if another team gets some sort of moral victory against up for playing hard. All that matters is who's going home and who isn't.

Are you insane, or just that ignorant? The first two presidents were slave owners. Abraham Lincoln was racist, recognized it, and tried to rectify it. Roger Taney, US Supreme Court Chief Justice who authored the Dredd Scott decision. President Woodrow Wilson was racist. FDR wouldn’t meet with Jesse Owens and appointed Hugo Black, a former KKK member, to the Supreme Court. Black did reform his views over the course of time, but the fact remains. Presidential candidate George Wallace, governor Lester Mattox. That’s off the top of my head. 

Better hope they don't need Maury Povich in a few months.
