Things going Ltown’s way. CH at Ltown 12. RB breaks free ar 6, nothing but Art turf between him & TD - he slipped down. Next snap over QB’s head recovered by Raiders. That’s good clean living.

With the weather prediction changing, turnovers may be the winner in this game. Between fumbles and dropped passes, holding on to the ball is extremely important. All bets are off in weather like this with two good teams squaring off.

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to all you folks and your families. May the gift of Salvation be upon all of you.

Raider D has gotten better and better as the season has gone by. The last couple of games I've noticed they are much better at closing that outside lane teams had burned us on before and these boys are very opportunistic rarely losing an opportunity to steal a fumble and even create one. I'd like to know what our numbers are on turnover stats I'll bet we are definietly in the plus.
And I hope it’s better after Friday’s game.

For many years the Crosby fan base has been ridiculed for their support of their Cougars. We all thought they were obnoxious. Well hello Crosby, you folks are nothing, absolutely nothing compared to the Chapel Hill faithful. If you doubt me slip over to Smoaky and read the Chapel Hill vs Lumberton thread. Based on their post, this game is already over - in the bag - done deal. A Ho-hum, yawn, on to the next game. Again, based on their post, the Chapel Hill team is probably working on their game plan for how to beat (again) Lindale or Kilgore. Poor Raiders.

Raiders D has stepped up every time needed. I'm not scared to say they can keep it going.
Hey, I hope so, but be advised, it won’t be easy. I think it boils down to Ltown out scoring them. It’s really as simple as that.

What is wrong with teaching about the atrocities that were committed against black people
Five months later and that’s the best response you can come up with? It’s obvious you know little of what is involved in CRT. Things like, White people bad. Are you okay with that? Approximately 100,000 white solders died giving blacks their freedom, but you’re ready to condemn all white people? Says volumes about you.

Evidently this CHill offense is virtually unstoppable. Best as I can tell their longest drive was 7 plays. They put the Boom in explosive. Raider D has to step up - Big Time.

This game is easily the 4A-I game of the week, but Carthage and Gilmer take the 4A-II game of the week and probably the overall game of the week. Lumberton has to get a hold of our penalties if not it won't matter if we are better at take aways, CH has the talent to make us pay. Lumberton can do it though.
Well phooey, they just shooting us down left & right. Game of the week is China Springs vs Carthage, but that ain’t happening, so cest la vie.

Carthage/Gilmer also playing this week.
You think Gilmer has a decent shot? I’d just automatically go with the Bulldogs of Carthage. Gilmer is good this year, but there’s good and there’s Carthage good. But yes, another premier game.
-
Surely the premier 4A game this week. Imo this game fits the old adage, He who makes the fewest mistakes wins the game. We’re talking fumbles, interceptions, crucial penalties (especially the dumb, needless, unsportsmanlike conduct/personal foul). Lumberton has to man up & stay in check. Forget needless remarks or incidental pokes & pinches. Usually the one retaliating gets the flag. They’ll get caught sooner or later. You can win but make no mistake, these guys aren’t just good, they’re very good. Raiders just need to be a cat hair better.
Go Raiders!

Looking kind of old school on the field. Lumberton of course looks like the Houston Oilers and Stafford looks like the Washington Redskins.
How’s the traffic. Coming back from Htn & got routed down 73.

Not sure who you’re referring too. I’ve never been ignored. Maybe you ought to checkout the number of likes/quotes I’ve received, while you’re relatively new and inexperienced. Come to the political thread sometimes. Then again, maybe not. A lot of three syllable words used there.

Yes folks, this old boy has all the info on who’s “The Big Guy”. He has enough knowledge to bring down the Biden Crime Family. Here’s the deal. When this “selling of America” started, Joe was VP with no idea he’d soon be President. At the time the plan was, “Let’s make all the money we can, while we can”. And they did. It wasn’t just China, Russia and the Ukraine, it was anyone who wanted to buy a piece of this great nation. If Bobulinski is allowed to testify, and expose the Biden’s, this crime family should fall like a house of cards. My best guess, I’d love to buy a life insurance policy on Bobulinski. Good chance he’ll meet with an untimely death.

If you have the answer please enlighten us. Bcz, I'm one that have asked coaches why haven't they at least try to go back to it.it wasn't gonna hurt anything.they were already given up almost 30 pts a game.trying to learn a defense that doesn't work for them.bcz, they don't have the althetes up front to do it.
The answers are well above my pay grade. Perhaps an active or retired Coach can enlighten us. I’d think if someone gave me a well oiled functioning machine, I wouldn’t tinker with it, much less take the Ford apart and put in Mopar parts.

For the Raiders, it was the best of times and the worst of times.
