Yep great nephew.  His older brother is playing baseball at Lamar and his twin sister may be the strongest 100 lb girl on the planet. 

I have been reading this thread for a few days as an guest and alot of the comments got things right. Not sure of their sources but I have ties to people who work with the coach. I have been told by people who work there that he didn't leave "a couple times" like the article says. He was gone for hours at a time multiple days and nobody could find him. At least 2 weeks as far as they could count.  Alot of good people were stuck picking up the slack while he was out slinging snow. I work at a plant and I know he was there at least 6 days in the middle of the school day. One source says the ice machine near the coach's office was strangely low on ice during those days.
Don't know many places where you can work but you can leave your job while still getting paid and go do a side hustle for large portions of the work day. No problem with teachers and coaches having a side gig, Lord knows they don't get paid much anyways. But we want teachers to be accountable, so coaches and especially their leader should be held accountable too. Just my two cents, but if this was about wins and losses I think they would have made a decision earlier. Whoever does take the job will have a good group of assistants. Hope he lets them stay on.

BC wins 4-3 in extras 

It makes no difference before school, after school, or the time.  Each extra curricular activity must limit students to a maximum of EIGHT HOURS of practice and rehearsal outside the school day per school week.  There's also rules for Sundays and holidays.

Oh, I'm worried that when they decide to stick with a guy, it won't be a good one. 

I think BC is gonna test them. Nac had more speed but their play calling was horrible. 

LCM has some studs. Too many mistakes and turnovers against a dang good team. Hats off to the bears!!

Turnovers and a couple of bad snaps did BC in. For the most part it was a pretty clean game. Good luck the rest of the season cardinals. Good job tonight Bobcats!

14-2 OF halftime. OF scored on their first possession and then had a 90+ yard pick six.  BC score came on bad snap on punt for a safety. 
OF is a tough team. #4 Michael is all over the field on D
BC hanging in there. Defense playing a good game. Offense is making too many mistakes, need to buckle down if they want to make this a game  
 
OF gets the ball to start the 2nd half. 

Most stores have a person that comes one time a week to remove older magazines and put up new ones. So magazines may not be put out for several days. I would think by this Friday they should be out.  Thanks to DLiv...I drove to Bridge City Wal mart and got mine.
