In my experiences most dems won’t talk or discuss it in face to face conversation because they know how it makes them look.

The market should determine who should "pony up".
Wal-Mart employs 1.5 million employees in the US and a stocker or cashier starts out at about $9 and say they are working 30 hours a week and 1 million of the 1.5 million folks employed fall into this category.
1 million X 30 hours X $6 more would come out to $180,000,000 added to salaries.
What would happen is (1) employees would lose jobs or (2) the cheap milk and eggs you talk about would go up or more likely, Wal-Mart would negotiate for a lower price for the dairy and poultry producers (plug in any industry here) to keep the milk and eggs cheap, therefore, hurting their business.
Let the market decide rather than pull a number out of the air because someone thinks a minimum wage job should support a family, it should not.

So how would you manage that?  Would the gov decide who can pay $15 an hour without hurting the bottom line? 
An average McDonalds has around 70 employees.  If you double the salaries by going to $15 you will cause lots of kids  to lose their jobs that aren’t trying to support a family. That’s who the minimum wage jobs are for.
$15 minimum wage is a horrible idea for any business.

So say you come from work one day only to notice your front door open and your house cleaned out. You check your security cameras which shows the thieves walking out of your house with all your stuff. The video clearly shows who they are an can be identified. 6 of your neighbors come over an say they could identify the thieves stealing your stuff an they would testify to it under penalty of law. You file the police report. Judge looks at the case an says you don’t have enough evidence to bring it to court. You tell the judge I have video and eyewitness’s to prove it. The police even have fingerprints from the the thieves. The police have the ability with the forensic dept to positively identify the perpetrators. Do you just thank the judge for not letting your case go to court or do you keep presenting your case until someone hears you to get justice. That’s pretty much what Trump has dealt with since Election Day.

If only Hillary had won we could watch football... Pathetic. 

Obamacare screwed the insurance industry so bad, I had to drop my company insurance, of which I paid a portion. It got to the point of a $5000 deductible. You read it right, $5000 deductible. Trump came through on most of his promises, mainly “AMERICA FIRST”, but let’s see if we can nitpick him to death. It’s what Trolls do, especially the mama’s boys.
