Beasley’s green onion is a great one. For pan sausage, Owens is my favorite. I love the rare times I can get my wife to make spaghetti and use hamburger and a pound of Owens Hot pan sausage mixed in. She hates the hot 😢. Market Basket Pepper Jack Cheese boudin is good too.

Something I really love is Sausage. Pan sausage, Breakfast sausage links and my ever favorite, smoked "rope" sausage. What's y'all's favorite? I'm mainly talking about the store bought variety, but go ahead and tell us what you like. I really like Harrington's (Medium, Spicy, green onion, creole, you name it...) in Gumbo, on the smoker, in the oven, it's all good!. I love me some Zummo's links too, but never in gumbo - on a grill/smoker or in a skillet. Beasley's is good too! We've got a lot of local smokehouses that put out some good stuff. Surprisingly enough, Market Basket makes a variety of REALLY good sausage! Never really cared for an "Eckrich" style sausage. To each his own... What y'all got?

QB1, RB1, WR1 and LT got their future game invite at the UA Camp. Sophomore DB is a Max Preps All Amercian. ALL 5 of them will play in the UA game. Trust me

He will mix in a few rapes, some steroids and some other recruiting as well. He is elite at that.

They have gotten better every week I can tell you that for 17-19 kids to do what they do is pretty impressive 8-9 kids never come off the field. With 9 starters back on offense and defense I will say this. Kirbyville wins 6-7 games next year and makes the playoffs. You heard it hear first and if they don’t I didn’t say it😂

Yowman needs to get going this game as he gives WB the best chance to compete with NS. NS plays man cover zero 95% of the time. Elia missed alot of throws in last year game to Simpson and Thad Johnson that would've generated points. Yowman can and will make those throws if he has time. If Yoman can get them out of cover zero then you can sprinkle Anderson in here and there to help move the chains to keep NS offense off the field.

After year 1 start of year 2 you should start seeing the team understand the system, off season programs, familiar with the coaches etc. Year 3 should see a playoff team/winning team on the field in my eyes. Year 4 that’s all his work senior class on down

Huffman definitely looks legit. As of now they are the team to beat in district. But when LCM plays to their potential, we are not bad. the win on the road at splendora was impressive. take away a few penalties at the end, and a fumble, we win by 3 scores. the 2 losses on the year were to WOS and Jasper (both top 10 in 4A D2). But if we want to beat Huffman, we have to step it up for sure. Cannot afford any dumb mistakes

They did not play over y’all when y’all were playing yalls school song i can tell you that right now. you don’t care to mention 3 years ago when we played and y’all beat us and when our band played our school song y’all blared “Don’t stop believing over ours” And as far as you say we arnt as good as we think we are. What does that say about y’all?

Somebody wake him up all in good fun ns isn’t lufkin. Not sure if you were there when soph Elia played against ns. But I was. There’s no where to run. Wb has the receivers to do it. But only if yowman gets the protection he needs and I don’t think he will. I said it from the start of year the oline is the weakest part of this offense. I would love see your dream become reality. I only asked because I haven't heard that name in a while. Met him when I was in the 8th grade as a PA kid. He would always tease me and tell me that I should've move to BMT with my uncle and play for him. Every time I would see him we would talk, not just about sports, but about life, just anything. Played against him in 84, 85, and 86. He left a great impression on me, and I had tons of respect for him.

Physical speed must be why.

I can see playing holland the last couple games just to get game reps. No need in playing him against ns or sterling. Sterling has nothing to play for. And the last several years they ve delivered unnecessary cheap shots

In the 1st year, senior leadership is almost as much a factor as the coaching change itself. Many people discount how much effect seniors have on lower classes in practice and attitude. You are right that seniors buying into the system can go a long way for the new program.

Thats up to you, but I can tell you, I had cable for years when it was TW, and I got sick of turning in a non-working box every couple months.....no exaggeration. Roadrunner internet was tops, however. I lose reception when a storm comes (you know that) but the positives totally outweigh the negatives. My antenna cost me $50. My wife called to complain about the Fox problem and Direct was going to send us an antenna but were out. They gave us a bill credit to purchase the one we got. Easy to install. Plug into the tv and plug into the wall. They have cheaper models, but I wanted to see my Cowboys clearly. Last night they were on NBC (no antenna) and it was very clear that they kicked the Eagles arse. Lol

As soon as the parents get on board. If the expectation is being set and reinforced at home, it will transfer over to the program.

One last note for the Vidor community. When I pulled in last night and saw all of the destruction from the TS. Mounds of trash from gutted homes and businesses still lining the streets. I know your community is hurting and your boys played there hearts out even through the diversity that surrounds them. On top of that you found the heart to dedicate your band show to a band director that recently passed at BH. The history of Vidor hasn’t been that great, but my hat is off to the Vidor if now! Congrats for being such a model for what high school sports should be about.

Coach Foster at Big Sandy deserves some credit. He always seems to get the most out of the group he has, and is never afraid to play up in competition.

I agree, but hey. They will face each other in the Rcssports Season Opener Nov. 16th at the Campbell Center!
