Baseball on this site has little to no activity as stated. It could be partly due to the state of baseball below the collegiate level is infurating with parent's views of the ability of their children which is quite distorted. However, if you follow viewership trends for MLB, it is up quite a bit over the past decade and youth participation has recently rebounded quite a bit. The NBA has taken a massive hit in viewership though. The NFL is well the NFL and college football remains strong. I don’t state the above as a stitch head (I am one). Each summer i teach a sports sociology class and we discuss viewership and attendance patterns as part of a sports sociology class. The numbers actually surprised me as I don't care for pumpkin bouncing but was very surprised by the decline. BULLETS, I refuse to discuss kickball as I am an 'Merican! Take your communism elsewhere. I recently learned who bullets13 is folks, I am just giving him a hard time. A quick internet search reveals the number quite easily.

For me personally, because I was asked to keep quiet by the two parties involved. It's about keeping good relationships. I learned of the hire last week. Was asked to not release the news until Coach Foreman could inform his players. I don't think that's too much to ask. I have always tried to do what the coach has asked in those type situations. Can't speak for other media entities. If you notice, KJAS has no direct quotes from either party. Meaning they hadn't spoken with Coach Foreman or Jasper supt.

New York, Minnesota, and Vermont may have fantastic enhanced Real ID’s. Problem is, they are also states that don’t require any ID to vote. So, I’m not sure what good they do for that purpose at this time. Personally, I’m always curious about studies that say there’s no voter fraud when 14 States and the District of Columbia don’t even require ID to vote. Basically, almost 40% of the population is on the honor system. I’m not a big conspiracy theorist. But, not sure someone can prove fraud or not if there’s no check. There are Republicans angry that Trump didn't say nice things about Mueller upon his death. These Republicans have always been about some sense they have of honor and dignity. As long as Democrats are polite about destroying you, or Trump, or even Republicans, these Republicans will be proud to say nice things about them. This was the Bush way. The Romney way. Better to lose with grace and give up your country than be impolite. The American people do not respect the Swamp the way these Republicans do. That's the difference. Same here don’t know a lot about the coaches on staff. They’re fairly new. Boys Basketball had a great year! Baseball…seems they like making TikTok videos more than playing ball 🤦‍♂️. Oh the woes of sports on the Prairie!

I have no clue who was the right guy An avid Bulldog fan simply told me that he thought they may have hired the wrong man and he thought they would have a rough season. He stated that they needed to get rid of the defensive coordinator along with a couple of other defensive coach’s and said the OL coach was bad The only opinion I have is they have got to focus on improving the defense They always seem to have one of the worst secondaries in the district and poor LB’er play. They probably average giving up at least 28 points a game. On offense in my opinion, the passing game must improve

Don't really know too much about their coaches, other than their boys' basketball coach is a good one that's probably had the most success out of everyone. Would this be a spot where they could fill the AD role with a non football head coach? I think this will be Tarkington's 6th AD change in the last 10 years and three of those were with Belt. Football is 3rd on the list in Tarkington after baseball and basketball. Tough spot to coach at!!

Just kind of curious, when somebody in media, or in the know hears something that's undoubtedly true, what's the purpose of keeping it quiet? i'm just wondering if there's any benefit to withholding information in 2026. Like, example.....the same people that told you, please dont say anything, also felt it was necessary to tell many others the same thing, KNOWING darn well that those entities would not keep it quiet. you'd think that in todays day and age, if you didnt want somebody to know something, you just wouldnt tell a soul. guess that happens.......well....almost never.

Good decisions, bad decisions, what makes America great again, positive, negative, is all subjective. It depends on your values, culture, principles, what side of the track you live on, etc. We won't all agree.

Fine, I understand, but for some people, that’s where they live…..in the negative. When all someone sees is negative, why should I be chastised for only seeing the positive? Can’t help it, I’m a positive person.

look, i voted for him, would vote for him again over Kamala or Biden. but expecting folks to "not dwell on the negative" is not reasonable when the president is constantly doing and saying negative things. And people can be for making the country great again and still not think that trump is doing it. I like some of the stuff he does, hate some of the stuff he does. I hate how he makes the country look when he talks. I think his ego plays a bigger role in his decisions than any desire to make america great again. I fully don't understand people who can't criticize the man or who constantly downplay everything he does that rightfully upsets people.

I prefer to look at it as MAGA wanting the country to be great again. I can’t, for the life of me, understand how any American would be against that. Accentuate the positive and don’t dwell on the negative. Personally, I can’t recall one negative comment from the Obama, Biden, or even Kamala supporters. But keep hammering away, I’m sure you’ll hit pay dirt someday with the negativity.
