Excited to see this game tonight, and get the season kicked off at Bulldog! I know the offense will score some points. But, I'm really hoping the defense is closer to LP norms, and a lot better in the secondary. They're going to be put to a big test. The people who know the players better than me seem to be pretty upbeat about this season. This game--to me--is really important for the D to step up. Sure hope they're not already looking to the Border Battle next week. If they are, Crawford's liable to embarrass them with the firepower they bring.

its the first game of the season, most teams aren't going to look great. Lets see if there is improvement next week before making judgements.

Freshman: Franklin 31 La Vega 24 final. Franklin freshman group has yet to lose a game. JV: Franklin 33 La Vega 12 middle of 3rd when I left. Franklin JV was completely dominating the game despite multiple fumbles in the first half.
