I have seen with my own eyes, entire wings of new campuses vacant during the school year but built anyway in anticipation of growth. They do that to avoid overcrowding. School grows, open the new wings. Incredible foresight and planning.

My understanding is that bond you speak of was posted and passed to avoid some kind of robin hood taxes the district would've had to pay otherwise. Now, don't quote me on that, but I remember reading about it in the school's social media announcement of the bond being put up, and the guys at work talking about it. Someone more versed on school finance may be able to speak more intelligently on it.

My beliefs are best described as a fiscally conservative libertarian. Not the Libertarian Party. I’m not a fan of the Patriot Act or some of the tools described in the articles I linked without heavy guardrails. Even then, I wouldn’t trust the guardrails being respected. These tools could easily be used similar to warrantless searches. That’s why I posted the links. People should be aware and make their own judgement on their privacy concerns. I support the immigration efforts, I think the paid agitators and those involved in the underground networks with a purpose of interfering with the immigration deportation efforts should be arrested, jailed, and forced to pay for any damages public or private. Same token, I think body cams on all are good for authorities and the public. I think the agents should be able to wear masks if they choose. But, they should clearly identify themselves as their official capacity in a more standard fashion.

THIS. BH strives for high standards and stewardship in every way. This is exactly why I brought my family here. The phenomenal growth is no surprise. Its hard to swallow for some that lament the "country feel" has faded away to some degree, but I take a different tact. If it (phenomenal growth) is inevitable, then embrace it and make it the best it can be. BH does exactly that.

I know very little about woodville…but I assure you there is several little league coaches in WOS who know more than than the HC and his staff!

There are lots of bad folks ICE is removing, but the left is more concerned about nut job radicals that get themselves killed trying to stop them from deporting these folks. The left really does a poor job of choosing heroes.
