Weiss is tough to defend. They don't just throw long, lower pct. bombs or quick outs. They throw it all over the field to at least 3 excellent receivers, and a RB. They also have a sneaky good run game. Plus, when you get a good pass rush on the QB, he's athletic and quick enough to pick up big yards on the ground. With all the offense, their D gets overlooked. But, they can shut down the run game. La Porte had them shut down. Let them get away. Now, they're on a roll. A lot of confidence. Will be a very tough out. CS & PAM--to me--is more a toss-up. CS QB isn't near as good as Weiss' IMHO. CS needs a solid run game effort. Weiss can win without one. If Weiss gets 100 ypg rushing, that's enough for them. They've also got some really big boys on the lines. Maybe two of the biggest I've seen this year. I'm going with a split. But, PAM is gonna need more than Martin running the ball.

Let’s be honest if the wr’s can be more consistent in catching like #9 needs to come to practice early and stay late catching. I agree on opening the play book more. Jones is probably the fastest wr we got but don’t have passes thrown to him. Screens would be perfect for him. But god, #2 and #9 killing is with drops.

I said half and tbh, I don’t recall any illegal procedures and I’m not sure on the false starts this past game. A horrible PI that kept a drive . Ball was overthrown by 20yats with both players playing the ball. A phantom flag that called back Amante td. A face mask called on a clean sack of the qb that 99 laid out, which also helped them. Had a face mask that wasn’t called right in front of us plain as day and no call. With the threat of our outside wr., you got Washington out the backfield. You can’t say Amante going at it alone when Eugene been running over people. Also we do have some plays for our TE that can catch for big yardage. They showed that in the last home games and just saving that when they need it. The defense is where it’s at. If they can’t score and whoever it is that score for us it’s ball game.
