  1. Today
  2. I just think Simon and Ruffin are to much to handle for most teams. The qb situation is a tough one for me. I lean towards playing Wells but I think you have to find a way to get Saenz involved as well.
  3. Looking at the hudl highlights for LC, the QB is pretty fast when he gets a head of steam. RB is isn’t fast but he’s stocky and strong and keeps his legs moving. He’s certainly not a Sean Simon or Micah Rhodes. A power run team, and the o-line opens up some holes. WR #80 has some wheels on kickoff return. Other than #80 and the qb, not a lot of speed. The tackling isn’t anything special and the secondary is still figuring out where to be. O-line is good. D-line is undersized. Offense not nearly as explosive as the last three years. Qb can be accurate with the deep ball so our secondary will get tested, especially if I’m right that they won’t be able to run the ball against us.
  4. You’ve been waiting all year to say that. Congratulations. You got your “told you so” moment. Actually, you’re wrong.
  5. Stick a fork in them their done!
  6. That seems conservative. I think Crawford wins by three scores.
  7. Porter is 2-1 with only loss coming at Dayton 35-14. Angleton is 3-0. This will be a battle between 2 dual threat QBs, Angleton's Bryce Duron and Porter's Stone Singletary. Both pass well and can get good chunks on the ground using their speed. Porter is getting good use out of a large RB who transferred from Spring Legacy, Landon Binford, Angleton has a large RB of their own in Wyatt Neyland, who also started last year but they use a lot of other backs. I'm glad to see they are using the TE more in passing, Jackson DeAtley. He's the son of long time Brazoswood head football coach, Dean DeAtley. He's also a good blocker. Angleton's best WR Kaleb Jammer who missed the entire district season last year is back with the team and is averaging 115 yards/game. The Massey matchup tool picks Angleton 42-7.
  8. LP’s defense had question marks this time last year, and they went undefeated from week 4 to the quarterfinals. And I don’t think many teams will have an answer for the Simon and Ruffin 1-2 punch. LP wins by 14.
  9. 0 less than 0 chance Coldspring moves up.
  10. I know for sure Hitchcock was missing a starting DB last week. Other than that not sure
  11. Not surprised…
  12. I'm thinking #10 for Nederland will score at least 1 TD per half. Plus add a field goal, makes 17. I don't really know anything about Splendora but surely they'll score 1 TD. It'll be interesting and I'll be watching off and on along with a couple other games.
  13. The week of rest may help after a tough 3 weeks of tough games.
  14. DAYTON BRONCOS STUDIOS. - live feed off score board played on YouTube.
  15. That guy has lost his mind, and he used to be great on ESPN.
  16. This team is just limping to the finish line. I don’t see how they would win a playoff series if they can even get in.
  17. Not a touchdown was scored against Lumberton…
  18. I mean they are playing Splendora. It would be hard not to score 24.
  19. Have no clue on the health of Hitchcock. Not privy to that info. I would take Silsbee also if it were equal. I just know who Silsbee will be missing and it's pretty significant.
  20. Did not know about that. What is the health of Hitchcock? All thing equal I would take Silsbee
  21. Isn’t that the truth! 🤣🤣
  22. Maybe they are like Vegas. They know something we don't know. Also could be like Vegas to entice more betting. lol
  23. Nederland hasn’t even scored over 14 in a game all season and they are adding +10 to it?? Lol
  24. I’d say, unless some changes were made during the bye week, this is very optimistic. In fact, unless some changes were made during the bye week, LP has a very real chance of looking at 3rd seed at best.
