  1. Past hour
  2. It’s called courage. The cowards are the ones in charge. Scared of Trump. Special session was supposed to be cannabis reform. Then the floods happened. They were gonna look into that as well. Then Trump said jump and our local issues go to the back burner. That,my friend, is the height of cowardice. Putting an individual’s demand above constituent needs. Shameful.
  3. Hey, I can go back to being a Longhorn fan…..never left.
  4. I don’t question your ability. I have no doubts about it. There’s nothing woke about what I’m saying. It’s about fair numbers. It’s kind of like Evadale being in the same district with Beaumont United. They’d be playing football, 11 players on each side of the ball, but would it be a fair game? if all districts were drawn 51-49, 52-48, in favor of either party, it would be a political game changer for the betterment of democracy. I ain’t flaunting crap. I dropped out of UT after 2 1/2 years. Don’t try that “elite” talk with me. It’s your idol what loves the class wars.
  5. Democracy Dies in a Charter Jet: The Great Texas Walkout! From the article: "Once again, Democrats in the great state of Texas are refusing to play a game they've lost at the ballot box. Rather than demonstrating integrity and character by accepting the election results, they are revealing their true colors by fleeing to prevent Republicans from passing a redrawn congressional map. What the Democrats are doing isn't new, bold, and it sure as hell isn't noble. It's political cowardice wrapped in just enough self-righteousness to impress only news readers and party donors." 6. WOW! Even CNN is questioning the why the Dems fled to Illinois! From the article: "When you have CNN calling you out, you’re in trouble. Everyone knows their retreat isn’t a principled stand for democracy; it’s a tactical maneuver to preserve political power. They howl about partisan maps in red states while conveniently disappearing into a blue stronghold that perfected the art of gerrymandering. This is hypocrisy at its most brazen. They want one standard for Republicans — fairness, transparency, reform — while exempting themselves from all of it. And when voters start to notice the double standard? They vanish. If Democrats truly cared about “fair maps,” they wouldn’t be hiding out in Illinois, the national poster child for redistricting abuse. Their actions betray their motives, exposing this entire charade for what it really is: a desperate, self-serving stunt to cling to power under the phony guise of democratic integrity. In the end, their retreat to Illinois tells us everything we need to know. This isn’t about democracy; it’s about Democrats. And the louder they scream about fairness, the clearer it becomes: they’re just afraid of losing." [Hidden Content]
  7. It's 15 dollars at retail outlets
  8. Started to post one of her bikini pics from back in the day. But, wasn’t sure it would be appropriate.
  9. We all know this is being done to attempt to achieve a political gain. It may/may not work. Strengthening one area dilutes another. We’ll see… On a side note, I don’t think it’s a bad idea to relook at numbers for representation in a less than decade increment. Texas population has exploded from new residents. I believe Harris & Travis counties are getting about 150,000/year according to some numbers I saw last week. It may have been more. Ten years is a long time with that type growth. Uncle Sam can track just about everything we do. Quite sure they have a number they can use almost any year without waiting on a census.
  10. Today
  11. It’s all about numbers. Stop trying to flaunt that woke UT education. Always questions someone’s ability in order to feel superior……instead of ever answering the question.
  12. We’re talking redistricting, not courts. You are so eat up with partisanship you can’t recognize common sense when you hear it. I’m talking equity, not party. Races should be competitive in every district. Who wins should be up to the candidate, not determined by arbitrary lines drawn to rig the game. Democrats undid it when they had the power. It was wrong then too.
  13. I thought we were talking about redistricting. Back to debate school, Dog. Maybe a civics refresher, too. You’d think the floods would take precedence over gerrymandering, but hey, Trump don’t care about floods down here. He’s more concerned with Congressional seats up there.
  14. Man was I in love with her when I was about age 11 (and beyond)... I think she was responsible for a lot of missing socks.
  15. It's Vidor... a lot of kids get an extra year. Lmao! Relax Vidorians, I'm just kidding!!!
  16. They all get on their moral high horse when things don't go their way. I remember when Trump got his 3 Supreme Court justices, Democrats were going to pack the Supreme Court if they got enough of the majority......... Just wait tho......Thomas is 77 and Alito is 75....... If they both retire, Democrats would flip out....lol
  17. Look, another Democratic talking point to portray Trump as a King.....lol Trump may support this, but I have heard no quotes from anyone but the media opinions saying it was forced.....
  18. But where were you the 4 years Biden admin could of pushed for the release of these documents? You didn't care because you didn't think Trump would win.....
  19. I've hired people and ended up having to let them go for poor work performance. The bow down narrative is just a new Democratic talking point......before you were conditioned to say it, how many times in your life have you said it......my guess would be zero I will say, Democrats and the media are good at repeating messages......
  20. I do not have the correct details. Only hearsay.
  21. Held back when? How large is this "group"?
  22. I hate the word fair. In order to be “fair”, you have to screw the crap out of someone else. Since you are on the side of fairness, how “fair” is it to flood states with illegals in order to increase electoral votes? Illegals shouldn’t count in the census. I don’t recall republicans leaving in order to block legislation. That’s all dems do, block bills then scream bipartisanship.
  23. Being held back or "reclasifying" to gain an extra year of eligibility for sports. Common practice for some areas
  24. I might be wrong, but I believe he thinks the parents held these kids back in junior high... I think that is what he means. *There is a group of sophomores at Vidor that when they are seniors will be one of the best football teams in the area... if they all stick with football.
