Looks like they’re trying to get a new stadium also. Kudos to them. They need one. Renderings look nice.

Sounds like they’re doing similar to La Porte. Demo & build new on same land with 8500 seating. La Porte holds a little more with film deck and observation deck on the Legacy Building. But, stated seating is the same.
