There's a chance that United drops to Division 2.

In actually not shocked by the numbers turned in, since I’m privy to the proportional increase of Beaumont charter schools like Bob Hope, Evolution, Earhart, ect.

DCTF added BISD
West Brook 2208 (Down 26 students)
Beaumont United 1912 (Down 226 students)

Besides Kelly and the christian school on 105, there's a bob hope campus here for I think K-6 and a harmony campus or 2.  Plus, Bisd's college prep is it's own school and not counted with WB or United.  So on the cool, we're back to 6 highschools like in the 80's

True.  BISD’s ECHS does not count toward the HS numbers.  And also, another nugget of info.  Within last year, Earhart has finally implemented a high school program now.  They’ve built a new building and have 10th graders there and are growing it as we speak.

Tarkington is down as expected. Good we didn’t belong in 4A at all.

I think I saw where La Porte had lost almost 10% student enrollment. Immigration policies having a big impact I suspect. With all these numbers, I’ll be curious to see overall test scores at the next evaluation. I have to think they’ll go up with less ESL issues.

This is the driving factor. Should provide cumulative relief system wide.

I expect the drop to be much more dramatic at the next alignment.

With the numbers down I could see Tarkington and OF going 4A despite both dropping in enrollment
