The Slumberton moniker doesn’t make sense though with all the nice neighborhoods and expensive homes etc. (kinda like parts of Little Cypress). It’s nowhere near a slum. Now if we’re talking Silsbee… 😎

Silsbee is where its at. Trust me the Raiders dont want any part of the Tigers. We have been calling them since the 90’s yall didnt have those neighborhoods. Just swinger i mean boykin back then

Didn’t even have Boykin yet when I was a kid. Still couldn’t drive down the freeway and see tractor parts in the yard in Lumberton back then. Those same tractor parts are still in the same yards driving up Highway 92. Lol.

Thats something about Silsbee. They dont want to sell their land or get bigger imo. Which im fine with that. Ive lived in Lumberton twice and regretted it both times

Raider’s fan base has steadily grown in past few years, it is a good thing.
