Central is one of my favorite teams to play whether it is the BRAWL at the reservation or the blocked extra point at the Babe they seem to always be competitive 24- 21 Central and I only say 24 because that's the most points you have scored this year

Ill predict this game 2 ways.

QB 1 Playing

GCM 10

Jags 21

QB 2 Plays alot

GCM 28

Jags 21

Lets just hope that, over the BYE week, we learned that option #1 shouldnt be an option at all. You learn a lot about a coaching staff coming off a BYE week, If nothing has changed, and the offense remains status quo, Boyds, thrown it all in, and steering the Titanic...

Keep in mind that we also have a qb situation...  One an throws better than the other, but just so happens to be shorter (5'10") and thicker (210lbs) meaning he's less athletic and the other one dont really throw that good but is taller (6'3") and lighter (175 lbs ) and is very athletic.  Don't know if any one of them are 'better' than the other one, though.  I just hope that our o-line gets it together and run blocks better.

I think the fact that they tried something different in week three shows that their not just going to stick to the status quo. As far as QB #1 is concerned; I think they try to throw 20 to 30 yards down field too much. They need to stick to more of a ball contol type passing scheme and get the ball into the hands of their atheletes. A combination of both QB's to keep the defense off balance, if done right, may be the best offense of all. If not, they were definitely more explosive with QB #2.

Coach Boyd rarely shows his cards in non-district games.

Don't be surprised if you see several changes Friday night. Practice is over.

BAHAAHAHAHAHAHA...

And where would North Shore be right now if they were 4-0. Those weren't just practice games to them..

There are 2 camps when it comes to this issue, and depending on what your record is, and who you have played, can have you bouncing back and forth from year to year.  Its the "glass half full' mantra.  If you are 3-0 headiing into district, you will no doubt, say that the non district record and games are indicative of how the season will ultimately turn out. On the other hand, if you get smoked for 3 weeks, and limp into district, youre going to argue, that it was just pre season and it didnt mean anything.  Well, IMO if the scoreboard is on, it matters, its all coach speak to keep kids from not getting to high, or not getting to low, and its a "fans: way of holding out hope for what may or may not look like a good season.  If you played the game, you know that they all matter, and they all count, Hell, i keep a record of how many times i beat my 10 year old son in Madden.  If the scoreboards on, it counts!!

Hopkins will get the nod and Boudreaux back at receiver...at least at the start.

    • We had the same type of rules when Coach Stone was at PNG.
    • I’m curious to see if this will happen next season .
    • @Reagan This is the part that seems like opinion and not fact.
    • I listened to Berry's conversation live.  Then I went back to listen to the repeat to make sure what I heard was correct.  Did you happen to listen to it?  He didn't appear to obfuscate or in any way make it sound as if it was just an opinion.  He stated it fairly bluntly.  Do you have any reason to believe he was not telling the truth?   As for as Trump the first round, I was a total supporter of Ted Cruz.  I wasn't sure about Trump either.  But once he won the nomination I was 100% behind him.  As for as I'm concerned he did a great job.
