State Power? Yes. WOS has one of the highest winning percentages in the state. Check it out. And although they only have 2 State titles, they have been to state 5 times. Sounds like a state power to me.

They own SETX.  And I've been all over the state and those who follow football know WOS.  If not a state power then as close as we've got in any sport in this area...
