I think coach will find a way to fit them both in, in certain situations.   like last year- Seay Qb and dt?  In high school a player can really be a game changer and I think that's what we and WOS do

I spoke with one of the players dads tonight and we discussed the very topic according to him we stand at 8 on the offense and 7 on the defense. We have Rembrent coming back as a 3 year starter at MLB. Great kid and player looking foward to watching this kid play been playing on varsity since he was a freshmen. Buddy you may remember Lejuene from last season. He is a wood layer like we have not had since scheixnider back in 2010 at safety. Also the sure handed Girourd who played a lot last season will be at the corner on defense next season after switching from the slot position. Not sure if you know but we switched to the 4-3 for nest season. BOTH Langston and Valentine  were juniors on the DL last season and both are back for their senior seasons. Mech will be back as well. On the O we have one Mr A-Mo leading us looking to add to his 3000 yards and 40 TD's last season. The line has 3 starters back on the o and two up from jv. We also have My preseason all district pick Giblin at 6'4" back and better than ever. We have a young star in the making across the field from him in a very exciting  McZeal at 6'4" and Case Sullivan at 6'1" at the slot. Our Starter at RB will be between the fast Cropper or the big bruiser Runnels . The Indians are loaded with leadership and atheletes this season. The Offenseive side of the ball is very experienced in the Brandon Faircloth style of attack. This group shouild put up some amazing totals this year. Most likely the best offense in our district. If the running game developes the Offense will be near unstoppable. Out defense will set the tone for a playoff run. The team goes with the way of the defense does. I truely believe that this defense will be alot better than last years. Buddy I ask you for you humble opinion of my PNG Indians, Thanks in advance.

​I've been saying PNG would win district ever since I saw them play at the end of last year. It's hard for me to look at their schedule and find a game they wouldn't be favored in including WOS and Nederland. I think per capita that PNG has the most delusional fans on this board, this year I think they're right though.

With all that being said, no matter what PNG does or how well they play this season, at the end of the day y'all still get Crosby or Dayton in the first round. Two teams that have combined for nearly 1k yards and over 100 points the last couple of first round meetings. Until that is corrected PNG will just be viewed by teams outside the district like the NBA player who puts up monster stats in the regular season that don't translate into playoff success.

I guess the next question would be who will be quarterback for each team or who will be competing for the job :

Lumberton - Yarbro

Central - ?

Ozen - Josh Boyd

Lee - Javarious Irving

GCM - Myles Duke

Nederland - ?

Vidor - ?

png - Morse

Nederland's QB going into the season is Lebaron.  I'm sure Mayfield will get some looks in certain sets as well.

I think coach will find a way to fit them both in, in certain situations.

 

like last year- Seay Qb and dt?  In high school a player can really be a game changer and I think that's what we and WOS do really well!  Look at Dallas a dang JV qb---strolls in to lead the Varsity to the State football AND flipping baseball games?

 

at 15/16 years of age?????????  Go figure. I am a huge fan of him.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Krautz run the wildcat 50% of the time. I would also not be surprised to see Jones in at QB if things start off bad. I know in the BF era, we have been beat twice by NED, when we had the superior athletes and team.. So I never take anything for granite.  And I lIke the Dallas kid as well.

​Depends on who they have coming back on the O-line, if there is not a lot of experience I wouldn't expect to see the wildcat much.  I don't think Neumann ran it much last year either.

Hey, hey, hey!!!!!

PNG has all the great athletes.  Funny thing is College scouts don't reconize them.. I .don't think any have signed/committed to a legit D1 school.

great 7/7 group-----not too good 11/11 group.  Facts, I hate to use those dadgum numbers, what has PNG done outside of the Doty sr year?. What??  Thank God they keep the staff and program at such a point that us and WOS get to spank um 1 game a year.   Can't overcome experience and 23 year program.
