I thought Hemphill was pretty good last week but I knew if I'd said that I woulda never heard the end of it. Penalties or not, playing WS close for even a half shows they are much improved.

How many yds. would you say there was in penalties in the 1st half? 150 or so? Penalties or not, Hemphill has improved mightily from the last two years. Launius and his staff has them headed in the right direction. Duffey BALLED OUT tonight for WS. 12 tackles, 3int., 43 yd td catch and he averaged 45 yds a punt. All while he was sick as a dog. He and Reshod (Williams) saved WS's bacon tonight(Williams:19 car. 189 yds. 3td rushing, 9/13/119 TD, int passing: 308 tot. yds. offense). Going to HAVE to tighten up the o-line before district.......

If not for a holding penalty Willliams would've had close to 260 yds and 4 tds(had a 67 yarder called back in the first qtr....).
