Found out about this early yesterday per another site, I wonder what the facilities are like up there.......

He was in over his head I think. Maybe he has gained enough knowledge to do better up in Garland. Shouldn't be tough for Lee to find someone better.

This will be an interesting hire.  Going outside is very tough on a program this late with the possibility of losing more staff, however possibly better in the long run.  With a lot of attention being on Sterling's new hire, it seems the right thing to do is follow the same process and hire the best candidate available.
