1. Any L-Train faithful know how their scrimmage went last night.  Good luck to both teams this Friday night.
2.
With seeing some of the LCM and Goose Creek scrimmage. I would have to lean towards Lumberton winning the game or it will be close game.
Chris, I was just wondering what you saw.  I'm not saying right or wrong but I wonder what you saw that is making you so confident.
3. It was only a delay, Varsity got their full scrimmage in after it passed.
4. I think Tomball memorial scrimmaged New Caney on Friday.  I think they were pretty even like both teams scoring twice.  I was just wondering if any of the 19-4a guys could shed some light on New Caney.  Ie... Should Tomball Memorial done better... Good luck to everyone this week.
5. I think good things were done by both sides. On the GCM side:  I was glad to see our new players have some success.  We had young or players at a ton of positions and they actually looked ahead of where I thought they would be.  I think the coaches had done a good job getting them ready so far.  The other thing I liked was the defense was flying around with some attitude.  There was more of a "team" atmosphere. Again I just hope to continue to see progress at the next scrimmage.  Go PATRIOTS!
6. GCM beat Kinkaid in their first game.  About to take on PNG right now
7. i think it might be Galena Park Yellowjackets, not North Shore.  I could be wrong, i hope im not haha.  Should be a fun day of competition.
8. Is it by title or will he actually call the plays?  Who called them before?  HC?
9. GCM win 7-6.  Forces a rubber match tomorrow at Pearland Dawson at 1pm tomorrow.
10. Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity rolled over Pearland Dawson 11-1 on Tuesday at Pearland Dawson after a six-run rally in the sixth inning. Jose Silva racked up two RBIs on two hits for Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning. Dennis Cooper worked out of four tricky spots for Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity. He pitched six innings and allowed no earned runs on four hits. Cooper faced his trickiest spot in the fourth inning. Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the second. Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the fourth, scoring two runs on a two-run double by Silva. Goose Creek Memorial Patriots Varsity tacked on another two runs in the fifth. Brigham Rushing started the inning with a double, scoring Malik Michel. That was followed up by Coby Schumaker's single, plating Rushing.
11. From what I heard, GP won 3-2.  Hopefully someone else can confirm this too.
12. GCM wins 11-1 in 6 innings.  Cooper goes the distance on the mound.
13. Playoffs, Playoffs, we're talking about Playoffs. With 5 games left how is looking for the rest of yall out there. In District 24-4a it is all about wrapped up that it will be Fwood, GBall, Santa Fe and GCM.  Now who will be in what spot depends on how bad the boys want it.  GCM is 8-1 with other 3 tied at 7-2.  Looking at 23-4a Richmond Foster and George Ranch are the best two.  Since we are removed from our brothers to the east, i was just wondering how 19-4a and 20-4a were fighting it out.
