Nederland vs. Hutto Game 2/Nederland wins 6-1 and advances!!

Game 2 of a Class 4A area best of 3 series from Baseball USA in Houston at 3 pm.  Nederland took a 1-0 series lead with an 8-0 win last night.

Should a Game 3 be necessary, it will take place 30 minutes after Game 2.

The winner of this series will face the winner of the Kingwood Park/Montgomery winner.

I was told Raines is still out another week, so probably Ramoine with Nevalla in relief.  Also Sanderson had a very low pitch count last night so he may be able to throw an inning to close out a game.

Grounder to short, good throw to 1st, the ump said Sampere bobbled it and called him safe.  The few text I got said he just pulled the ball from his glove to throw it around the horn.  Robbins went out and the umps had a conference and called him out.
