You must be talking about the Stangs. Pirates will be clicking when district starts as long as we can stay away from the injury bug. Wether you’re running a spread offense or slot-t its not what play you call but when you call it. Dubois knows how to play call. And I believe our defense will be much improved this year.

He’s probably one of the top powerlifting coaches around and has produced numerous state champions. Not to mention one of the nicest guy you would ever met.

He's not just a football asst coach.  He coaches powerlifting and in the recent past he's done a hell of a job but I'm sure you could step in a do a better job.

When I was in school mid-90s we had summer workouts (lifting and conditioning) and we worked.  Luckily, I worked for the school during the summers and was able to get off for a couple hours to make summer workouts.  During those couple of hours there was no running of plays, no talk about schemes, or anything else related to football.  The only thing football related was "hey let's meet at the field and throw the ball a bit"
and to say kids are out in the heat more than kids back in the 90s, 80s, 70s, etc... is crazy talk lol
