I wholeheartedly agree with your first comments.  Teachers now have to worry about standardized testing so much that they’re limited in how and what they can teach.  I don’t have issues with some performance based pay, but you’re saying that every child in every class must raise their grades for me to get a raise?  Like if I teach high school and one of my kids starts using drugs, or gets pregnant, or their parents split, or they decide they just don’t care anymore, or they get stuck up their new girlfriends’ butt, or they make varsity football and have less time to study than last year, (I could literally list 100 more reasons a kid’s grades could dip outside of a teacher’s control) etc. etc., and their average drops even one point, I don’t get a raise?  That’s irrational. That’s kinda like denying a raise to a boss of 100 employees because ONE of them doesn’t meet his performance standards.  And of course, teachers can’t fire their students, nor do they get to choose them.  

The popular vote has never mattered but it is continually brought up. If the Presidential election was determined by the popular vote, campaigning would take place in 4-5 large states and the smaller states would get no voice......

What’s their main objection to the Law?  Law says, if a person votes in the wrong precinct, the vote is invalid.  Dems response, minorities will have trouble knowing where to vote.  The translation of that, minorities are to stupid to figure out where to vote.  If I were a minority, I’d be raging mad that Dems thought so little of my intelligence.  What say you @Big girl?

I would contend this is exactly where it belongs. 
This fauxdemic was always political and the actions taken against these athletes should never be forgotten. 
We know now that this age demographic was never in danger. Hell these are some of the best athletes in the world. 
Yet this so called deadly virus, that you need to test for, just to see if you have it, has caused more damage because of the “political” power it has yielded.

Will they?  Which I think is what you are getting at.  Sadly, you are probably right. In an age where corporate virtue signaling is cool, the committee would probably, privately anyway, figure that the hit in PR that it shouldn't, but will, receive and potential loss of funding from the virtue signaling corporations isn't worth it.  They will then justify keeping her by some statement that is, in itself, virtue signaling.
