Congrats to West Brook.  That defense is clicking and they are attacking and T. Johnson was a man today.  So happy for this team.  I always knew they had the talent.  Congrats to Coach Peevey and staff.  The job isn't done yet. Finish it in Arlington!

#1 was easy.  Lifelong Cowboy fan and I can't stand him.  And T.O. is understandable.  He is pretty polarizing in general.  The rest I don't get.

A lot of D1 Athletes? Name them please sir. 
Last year he had zero players that play college ball now and they went to the regional tournament. 

They beat Jasper in Jasper Tuesday night by 20+, if that means anything.
EC is playing without Kordell David.

Yes that was 8 th grade A.  There’s is no b team for 8 th.   Which is sad.  Several players from last year decided not to play several have discipline/grade issues, one moved to buna and another to Silsbee and another possibly to warren.7 th grade is ok....there is an A and B team.   got one with some height and seems very into it always clapping and high fiving
In my opinion doesn’t have much coming up as for as overall groups in each class.  The freshman group I know have 2 that can go.  Won’t be surprised if one or both end up on var before season is over.

In Deuteronomy 10:17, it says, “For the Lord your God is God of Gods”.  Isn’t it possible one of these lesser Gods could have created the little green men (actually, most are reported as gray, not green)?  Are could they be created by our God himself.  I don’t think it says he didn’t create life on other planets.  And as you know, his power is limitless.  If a spaceship full of aliens landed, it would not deter my faith one iota.  Jmo.

So...Lumberton was down 2 starters and beat Kountze by 30?  Twilight zone.

I find that hard to believe that he is at $86K unless members of the school board and "The Powers" are lying.  I was told that both are making the same, that BISD doesn't pay football coaches differently just like they didn't when it was West Brook, Ozen and Central.  But hey it won't be the 1st time someone over there has lied...

I agree. Coaches need to be notified no late than the Christmas break. You have a month or so to decide between the end of the season and the break. It also allows you to start the process sooner, and getting your new HC in the building with as time during the offseason as possible.

My parents are compassionate and loving towards me. That doesn't mean they will pay my bills.

It Snowed Last Night..

8:00 am: I made a snowman.

8:10 - A feminist passed by and asked me why I didn't make a snow woman.

8:15 - So, I made a snow woman.

8:17 - My feminist neighbor complained about the snow woman's voluptuous chest saying it objectified snow women everywhere.

8:20 - The gay couple living nearby threw a hissy fit and moaned it could have been two snow men instead.

8:22 - The transgender man..women...person asked why I didn't just make one snow person with detachable parts.

8:25 - The vegans at the end of the lane complained about the carrot nose, as veggies are food and not to decorate snow figures with.

8:28 - I was being called a racist because the snow couple is white.

8:31 - The middle eastern gent across the road demanded the snow woman be covered up .

8:40 - The Police arrived saying someone had been offended.

8:42 - The feminist neighbor complained again that the broomstick of the snow woman needed to be removed because it depicted women in a domestic role.

8:43 - The council equality officer arrived and threatened me with eviction.

8:45 - TV news crew from ABC showed up. I was asked if I know the difference between snowmen and snow-women? I replied "Snowballs" and am now called a sexist.

9:00 - I was on the News as a suspected terrorist, racist, homophobe sensibility offender, bent on stirring up trouble during difficult weather.

9:10 - I was asked if I have any accomplices. My children were taken by social services.

9:29 - Far left protesters offended by everything marched down the street demanding for me to be arrested.

Moral:

There is no moral to this story. It is what we have become all because of snowflakes.

Just basing it off of Westlake's situation.  Had they been healthy, I wouldn't have said that.  It looks outlandish and silly (my prediction) but watch...WB defense is playing.  That's the ex factor...  And I know they have Dodge, but WB don't have Flannigan or Rhabb as HC.  Peevey has been doing a great job, and just keeps doing a good job with the kids.

Great game plan Coach Peevy.  

The people who were trashing Peevey a few weeks ago are awfully quiet now.
