And Trump will be free to spy on anyone he chooses. He can also use the I.R.S. as his personal attack dog. He and his administration can break the law all they like without fear of prosecution.

Reb, back in our day with the sexual revolution, we had mini skirts, hot pants, and free love. Today we have gone back to wearing chastity belts or women who wish they had a penis. What's a man to do? In my single days, as any red blooded American male would do, I attempted to impress a few women to come home with me. If they didn't want to, they said no. kinda depends on the punch, doesn't it?  two drunk guys squaring off for a few punches is one thing.  A sucker punch is another.  I don't know what exactly the case was here, but there are certainly punches that are felony assaults, no matter where the location is that they occur.  By your logic if I see you out at Crystal Beach I'm well within my right to come up and knock your teeth out, with no repercussions, just because we're at Crystal Beach.  While I don't know all of the details of the case in question, this kid could be screwed because of the overall cumulative damage done to the kid he hit.  He was involved in a group assault with three other kids, and their victim ended up with a shattered face.  I'm not sure how much it really matters that he only threw one punch, since he threw the first punch that instigated the whole attack.  In Texas, if my friends and I go in to rob a store and one of them kills someone, I'm charged with that murder.  If my friends and I assault someone as a group, it seems like I'd be responsible for the outcome of that as well.  I'm not sure how you can say that my role was less because I only punched him once.  I also don't know how you'd be able to distinguish the injuries caused by the punch and the injuries caused by the kicks if you wanted to determine which blows caused which damage. 

I'm curious as to why you are so outraged at Trump for saying "falsehoods" but did not say a peep about all of Obama's falsehoods. Nobody is saying it is okay, they are just pointing out your hypocrisy. It is a simple concept that you seem to fail to grasp.
And I would rather have a president that engages in gutter talk than one that looks the American people in the eye and tells a knowingly blatant lie, just to get his disastrous monstrosity passed. You seem to be outraged by frivolous and inconsequential rhetoric but seem to be just fine when blatant lies are spoken that adversely affects the entirety of the country.

Help me out here. The pipeline was halted due to environmental reasons and for crossing sacred Indian lands, at least that is what we are told. If the Indians are so concerned about a pipeline then how can this be so. Is it geographical? I guess it goes to Tobie's constant complaining about the government not lining his pockets.
BTW, I believe in coal mining and power and oil pipelines.

You know why we love blacks that have the same political views we do?  They represent hope for America.  Hope that someday other blacks will free themselves from the shackles of the Democratic Party.  Hope that there are more who can think for themselves and not just fall in lockstep with the left.  And make no mistake, there are still quite a few whites that do it to.  Many times I've heard, "My g'dad, and my dad were democrats, and I've always been, cause they're for the working man".  I want to scream.  They're not for the working man.  They're not for blacks.  They're absolutely for their own agenda, which is to control all of us.  They want to control all facets of our lives.  What we eat.  What we do.  And what God we worship, which for them now, their trinity is PC, Global Warming, and hate.  So yes, we're thrilled when anyone turns from that and embraces freedom.
