I don't recall one article written by the leftist media about a  weapons shortage during those 4 years, yet a few months in under Trump and it's a national emergency.....lol
Now those numbers are what was disclosed, there were several undisclosed missiles given to Ukraine.......
We also SOLD to 19+ other countries during Bidens 4 years........
