Same here. I suffered greatly. Still doesn't make forcing thousands of companies into bankruptcy which could have devastating trickle down effects a god solution. That's the old "two wrongs don't make a right" adage...

Perhaps you're not considering the fallout of bankruptcy and the effects it would have on innocent 9 to 5 employees who may lose their jobs working for the bankrupt debtors. Perhaps you're not considering that the bankruptcy may adversely affect innocent creditors and individuals owed money by the bankrupt debtors. I could probably write an entire thesis on why it's a "silly" (even irresponsible) reaction. Once again, I understand your sentiment, but the plan will do far more harm than good in my opinion.

I'm in agreement to an extent. Luckily, I've not been in that situation. I would caution though that after the robbery, who's to say he doesn't shoot any/all of the eyewitnesses. As I get older, I can't see myself shooting someone to death if they are stealing my truck already backing out of my driveway. If they breach my house, I can see myself emptying the clip. There are definitely varying degrees as to my expected response to a robber/burglar.

No disrespect taken, but as a matter of fact, yes I do. They didn’t just show up. They played at lower levels with winning records before Coach Reyes was there too. Don’t forget, when Babin was there, the Raiders went 2 rounds deep 2 years in a row. The year before he left, they had a lousy season with the same 2 year starting QB they had before. They just didn’t have enough tools in the toolbox. Nothing against Reyes, I think he’s doing a good job. Coaching is a huge part of the success in a program, but so are the players.

With all due respect to Coach Reyes, the "change" you speak of is due to the kids more than anything...at least in Lumberton, anyway.
