Possibly, but I really feel "they've" been dragging their feet on this one. Maybe it's by design, maybe the contractor(s) are slow or maybe the school district is not good at pushing things along. I mean, homes were built during Covid, Huge new units in refineries were built during Covid, Lumberton built new schools during Covid, etc. etc. Regardless, I bet the folks in Big Ned will be happy if/when this is complete.

By definition, I would suggest that Fox News is definitely Main Stream Media; thus, often times the others (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc.) are referred to as the "Liberal Leftwing Media" and not just by main stream media.
