  1. Yep. It’s unfortunate. I’m sure the guy didn’t purposely do it. The child is still dead though. I can’t imagine how his parents must feel.
  2. It’s certainly possible. Did the wife also say her husband had no business riding a prohibited ATV in a public park or in a roadway? Nobody ever owns up to anything. I’m sure there’s blame to be spread around. Did she happen to mention that a young child was dead at least in part because her husband disobeyed the law?
  3. Exactly.
  4. I’m not calling you a racist, but dang son if you aren’t always throwing around racist sounding comments. Lol. Come over to Hardin County. Us crackers even drive our rigs on the freeway occasionally. Lol.
  5. After being ostracized for so long, I sure wish you would’ve come back with something stronger. It’s almost a letdown. You didn’t even say “Yikes”...
  6. No way to know that. Did the dude jump a curb and hit him in the grass? Was he drunk? I know ATV’s aren’t even allowed there.
  7. I would consider “hybridizing” parts of myself with a horse (and not a horse’s @$$ before someone tries to be funny). 🤪
  8. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that even most, if not all, of the Democrats on this forum disagree with a bill that allows biological males with all of their God given attributes in tact to shower with their daughters, sisters, etc. How is this even a consideration? If anyone agrees with this bill, please state why.
  9. I totally understand why it was done. They set up a poor policy that wasn’t thought through. Rules are rules though. I have no problem with having rules. They just need to make the adjustment for smarter rules.
  10. Yep. I’m not dogging (see what I did there...) Nederland for following their own published rules. I’m saying they should adjust them for the future and admit they should have included the military sashes in the first place.
  11. I understand. They should include the armed services sash as accepted attire. I think they lost more than they gained on this one.
  12. I know it was the rules of the district, but what did the district gain from that other than bad press?
  13. Amen.
  14. At our Lumberton graduation, the military sashes were actually encouraged (the way it should be...).
  15. Whatever did you say little buddy?
  16. Exactly the right question. Unfortunately, we all know the answer.
  17. Are you ok with police shooting unarmed people in a public place?
  18. Exactly. You stole my thunder. I was setting that one up after the next silly reply from @biggirl.
  19. How did the cop know that? Maybe he should have ascertained that she was dangerous and needed to be killed before killing her. Do you think that any deemed violent protest should open the door to a police officer legally shooting an unarmed member of that protest?
