A board member convinced some in the minority community of Kountze to vote him/her in to the school board by way of some sort of monetary gain. Correct? Also, "they" (the Kountze minority community) is using a local student athlete as a way of trying to get the school district to promote Joubert to AD. If not, not only would Kountze ISD possibly lose Joubert, this particular student athlete would leave Kountze ISD as well. Correct?

One has been offered, waiting on his response.

[/quote] I wasn't stating that he will be a JV player based on his skills but because the UIL has rules about transfers. You have to sit out a period of time before you can participate in varsity sports.
