Here’s how this got posted.
As I’ve gotten older, it’s not unusual now for me to wake up after a couple hours sleep, and not be able to go back to sleep.  I grab the old Kindle and start reading.  It’s a mystery involving a CIA Assassin and he’s searching for a guy with the code name Roger the Dodger.   Now my fellow old timers have probably figured out how I ended up on YouTube watching this 😜.   It’s so good I thought I’d share.  Staubach wasn’t the best passer nor runner, but you’d be hard pressed to name many that did both so well.  Loved watching him and Drew Pearson hook up.  And you younger guys will see the birth of the modern day shotgun, which, at the time, was scoffed at by the rest of the League.  Funny that.

Can’t imagine anyone rising up comparable to Rush Limbaugh.  Like him or hate him, he was the King of his field.  Guys with his ability rarely come along.  Guys like Walter Winchell, Paul Harvey.   Analogous to a Tom Brady in football, Michael Jordan in basketball, a Walter Cronkite in TV news, or a John Wayne in movies.  Special individuals who have that thing, the IT factor.  There are hundreds/thousands of others that do the same thing, a few almost as well or so close, barely indistinguishable, but they don’t have the IT.   If there’s a name for IT I don’t know it.  I have no idea why they have IT and others don’t.

When discussing illegal immigration, my focus is on the victims. I also don't believe in rewarding someone for breaking laws. 
In response to your points: a) they don't have to be, b) that is 8 years a legal citizen could be employed instead of the job filled by someone here illegally, c) the wages for menial jobs are artificially low because of illegal labor. And actually, many many illegals are performing jobs well beyond menial level. We have legal citizens currently working menial jobs, so Americans will do them. (Pay might have to be adjusted.) If not, we can expand/revamp/continue with our green card system, in which participants pay taxes. I am more than willing to have the green card system lead to citizenship.
Now let's discuss the perpetrators of the crimes. I don't blame or hold ill will to anyone that jumped the border to come to the United States. I would probably do the same thing if faced with the same situation. But I should never be rewarded for it. The focus for this topic should fall square on two groups of people that have failed the American citizen: employers of illegals and politicians/leaders that let it happen. Each group should suffer the consequences of letting this situation exist. We should start perp walking both of these groups. As far as the millions already here, and the millions on the way...I choose to side with the victims...the American worker/taxpayer.

Here is something from liberal school leaders in New York.  This is being taught to brainwash children, and is nothing but horse hockey.  I’m glad we home-schooled our boys.
 

With all the negativity, the bickering, partisanship, weather phenomenon, sickness and everything else having free rent in our life right now - we could all use some positivity.  I saw this and just couldn’t stop smiling - bless this young man.  Enjoy!!!

I like Abbott but I think he’s done.  Crenshaw runs on the Rs posturing for a national run (which I’m all for).  Matthew McCon (however your spell that name) is rumored on the D side but I can’t imagine why he would want to trade in the life he has for the headaches of Governor of Texas.   And I’m not sure anyone could beat Crenshaw.  He’s as good as we’ve got in this state.

I don’t disagree. I’m just skeptical of the intelligence of the Republican Party. They continue to shoot themselves in the foot. His electability may not be what it was before either. Personally, I like his brash in your face attitude, but I don’t think the majority of people care for that style. 

Don’t know if I will get the chance, but I would vote for President Trump again.
