Didn't think you agreed with it...have seen enough of your posts to know you probably don't, and I realize you are simply putting the legal position out.
I would disagree that it was only in the modern age that murder was defined...the commandment in Hebrew is not actually "Thou shall not Kill", it's actually interpreted as "Thou shall not take an innocent life".
In the womb is about as innocent as they get.

And agreeing with the SC decision that killing babies is OK and legal will be a losing proposition.
Some of us don't agree that 9 folks have the eternal say in what is right and what is wrong...their "opinion" will change, God's won't.
The SC is the final say in the law of the land...I get it, but as a Christian I can also say that they are wrong.
And if you don't want to get in a Theological discussion, don't throw out there that killing a baby in the womb is not murder just because 9 folks say it's not.

One sunny day in January, 2017, an old man approaches the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue where he’d been sitting on a park bench. He speaks to the U.S. Marine standing guard and says,
“I would like to go in and meet with President Obama.”

The Marine looks at the man and says,
“Sir, Mr. Obama is no longer president and no longer resides here.”
The old man says,
“Okay,” and walks away.
The following day the same man approaches the White House and says to the same Marine,
“I would like to go in and meet with President Obama.”
The Marine again tells the man,
“Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Obama is no longer president and no longer resides here.”
The man thanks him and again walks away.
On the third day, the same man approaches the White House and speaks to the very same U.S. Marine, saying,
“I would like to go in and meet with President Obama.”
The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looks at the man and says,
“Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Obama. I’ve told you already that Mr. Obama is no longer the president and no longer resides here. Don’t you understand?”
The old man looks at the Marine and says,
“Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it.”
The Marine snaps to attention, salutes, and says,
“See you tomorrow, Sir!”

Someone has to make healthcare affordable.

Patriotism is back!!

I have had an uncontrollable smile on my face all day. I actually skipped this afternoon while walking outside. I haven't skipped in....ever. I'm not thrilled about Trump being inaugurated, I'm elated that Obama's third term in the form of Hillary is not. I must admit, I'm enthusiastic to see what Trump can accomplish. My bar for him is set pretty low so it shouldn't be hard for him to exceed expectations. He is definitely off to a flying start with his cabinet picks.

Pudge was my favorite player growing up.  Glad to see him get this honor.

I have no memory of seeing Johnny Bench play.  I think his last year was 1983, I was 7 in 1983.  Not knocking him at all, but Pudge is that best that I ever saw play.

Defensively, tough to beat Pudge.  You're right about that.  You are correct I was talking overall.  My favorite growing up was Thurman Munson but Bench was the best to me.  

Most would give Bench the nod for sure if you were talking about catching and hitting (even though Pudge was a good hitter).
If you were talking purely catching, many would give that to Pudge...I'm quite sure the opposing baserunners would.

He tried.  I stated from the beginning that he would never be successful.  I was proven correct, but I understand the fear that many gun owners felt with him in office.  If he could've, he most certainly would've.

I don't disagree with that point of view at all...it will, no doubt, be difficult...especially in the south.
But I stand by my point...anyone that thinks there is something WRONG with an interracial marriage (not hard, wrong) is a racist. 
 

What do southern states teach that equates to what is listed in the article?
And what makes Breitbart a questionable news site?  I'm asking if you have examples that makes them questionable...you seem to imply that being ultra-conservative makes them "questionable".
I think it tends to make them more accurate.
