Unfortunately, Splendora screwed up by hiring the last 2 coaches. One was the HR director's best buddie and he screwed up the program. The second hire was just a bad guy. The guy now is a good guy but he has never accomplished anything other than being the current AD's assistant in softball once before. The place screwed up real bad after Schulz left.

Ok, i've held my peace all week....it's almost gametime and now i'm speaking out....West Brook is going to be prepared for this game and believe me this is not the team from last year...it will be competitive....whether they win or lose I support my Bruins ....Now don't all y'all haters disappear when West Brook wins this game, keep the same energy...later y'all

I didn't watch past the first half. Lot's of just bad tackling and poor technique, even when in position, by KP defense. At least several times I saw the defender beat the block but miss the tackle. I can't recall any specifics re the KP offense. But still a good game by the Angleton team, for sure. WRT the coaching, IMO, if you're up by 30 or more then everyone available should be getting into the game, even if not all at the same time.

I think we’ve improved because we’ve been playing teams that don’t have as good of coaching and players as the ones we lost to in non-district. I think Nemo Jordan is probably the best receiver in the district and my nephew has finally been running that ball like he’s part of the family the last couple of games but our offense still isn’t very good. 12 is only a junior but he’s still not seeing it the way you want. Too many throws into coverage that teams like LP will capitalize on and too many times in critical situations where he doesn’t recognize what he does have. How I see it is Willis basically has a month to get the team ready for A&M Consol. I don’t think the LP and Angleton games will be very competitive because the offense will look closer to what it did in the non-district but I feel like we might have a chance in the first round.
