$80k to tear it down!! With all the youth football and track organizations in Beaumont in need of a place to practice and play I really wish they would use some of that $80k to renovate and give it to the city so these babies could benefit and make new memories for our community.

Only arse whipping that worries me is the reaction to the Delta Variant. If some politicians get their way, it will eliminate HS Football this year. Thought we were passed this 💩 as far as overreaction was concerned. SMDH!

It is a felony to kill a cat or a dog if it is not yours without the consent of the owner. If it is a wild animal (feral), it has no owner and is a felony. As B13 stated, you can kill an animal in self-defense or if it is attacking your livestock. I believe you would have a hard time trying to say you killed a cat in self-defense. If a Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, etc., was attacking a person, I am sure It would justify shooting it. So if you shoot that wild neighborhood cat sleeping on top of your car with a pellet gun and get caught and prosecuted, you could potentially do time in prison. In my opinion and knowing Texas law.

im against it. we all have seen when YOUNG ADULTS at 21 get money and get into trouble, at 17/18??nope....if i had a HS football star, he would be playing like everyone else his senior year. thats quitting on your TEAM for money. that imo is selfish at this level. when you get into college and establish yourself as a legit player, THEN you can get that lil change they giving out.

As an employee of Sheffield Productions, I am very excited by this season's webcasts of the Nederland Bulldogs. Our vision is to showcase the students and communities of both schools at the game. We have reached out to the school districts and chambers of commerce of the Bulldogs' opponents offering free time to show videos and promotions. Remember how ABC used to televise the big college football game on Saturdays? Each university had a powerful promotional segment. That's the style we'd like to emulate with our Friday Night Experience. I'd love to again hear the legendary Keith Jackson talk about "Texas and Alabama..."
