The BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL - PASSED THE HOUSE
UT alum replied to thetragichippy's topic in Political Forum
That raises an interesting point. We must remember that opposition or favor of any government program depends on whose ox is being gored. I like Social Security and Medicare. I can see where a 30 year old might not. Start talking about reducing or eliminating those benefits and my ox is being gored. Talk about a bloated defense budget and Boeing’s et. al. oxes are being gored. Government is big, bloated, and unnecessary - until it isn’t. -

Not embarrassed at all. That’s what you’d like to think. AAW said he was sorry for the misinterpretation and I said it’s forgotten. I guess you completely overlooked that part. Seems like you are butting into something that doesn’t even concern you. My definition of embarrassment is anyone voting for Kamala. -

Billing is not the patient’s responsibility. Able bodied adults can too easily get welfare and TANF plus child tax credits. Proving disability to qualify for Medicaid is quite a different matter. Not nearly as easy. -

I certainly do. Did you read the piece? So, you think the patients fake sick so they can collect money that passes between the program and the provider? Do you really believe that? Or is it that the poor and elderly fake their income or age to get free insurance? Do you really believe that? -

I know AAW, and he doesn’t get offended without good reason. Look inside yourself instead of spewing all over me and BG to hide your embarrassment. -
I would have to think but I belive your right kid was unbelievable for 4 years straight and capped it off with a state championship great for that kid

I get it. Wins and losses is all that matters. But I post the stats to show that if a team continues to be top 5 in hitting and top 5 in pitching in their league (also the only team in their division that can say that) then over a 162 game season, that kind of play will end up winning the West Division. Houston also has the best run differential in their division. Right now, the Astros just can't string wins together for whatever reason. I just think in time, this current play will pay off and get enough wins to win the division. Now if Houston was playing in the other two divisions, they definitely would need to up their game some to make playoffs.

HCU will be the only team from the SLC to go to a regional The committee does not like the SLC. A&M will go before another SLC team does

…..how much money this actually is? I have trouble putting it perspective. The best way for me is…..if you count from 1 to a billion, it would take something like 32 years. This amount of money would take 4.7 THOUSAND times longer. Very mind boggling. [Hidden Content]

AAW is gonna get me fr this but the stros stats do not match their inconsistant wins and loses. I realize Abreou blew it but still they have to get more in the win column. Injuries to the pitchers is a concern that.s for sure

As far as single player achievements I don’t think anyone else has had a better resume in Kountze basketball history.

He is defenseless player so you don't have to lead with the helmet for targeting You just need forcible contact in the head or neck area on a defenseless player.....

So, if that is stopped by this bill that would be a cut/savings - waste, fraud and abuse……. looks like you support the bill….unless you support doctors abusing the system -

Yes. Some providers charge for services that the patient never received. They also up up code or code in bundles. There are some who submit claims on patients that they have never seen -
Sells has put together a career that will be talked about among the best to ever do it coming out of SETX.

Yep I saw UTRGV and SELA on the bubble. HCU went through the tournament without a loss after the weekend they were bombed at Lamar with 2 10-run rule games. Interesting season though. It is kind of nice to have so many highly rated teams in our conference.

HCU wins the SLC tournament and the automatic entrance into the NCAA tournament. Questions that remain....where are they sent and does UTRGV maintain an RPI worthy of getting in as well? Seeing one prediction of them in and another that has them and SELA as part of the first 4 out. -
