I agree. There is no excuse for the other sports to be this so non competitive. That is a direct reflection on the AD. I'll get to see this Jasper team in a few weeks.

I was able to watch the stream and your friend is correct. Jasper isn't even competitive at times. It's frustrating. I remember complaining about the lack of winning outside of football and I was told that it doesn't really matter what those sports do as long as football was successful. What happens when that tanks like this?

I won't be surprised to see Crosby win this one by a touchdown. On a side note, I still have trouble seeing Crosby classified as 5aD1, for some reason. It's been a while since I drove through there. Up Hwy 90 from Dayton, I guess they rate having a Starbucks . (Dayton doesn't have a Starbucks, but they beat Crosby.)

Crosby is solidly in the second echelon of teams a two round three is overachieving type team that will likely get bounced in the first round due to the very deep and difficult region. That being said I think we are likely the litmus test team for the district, if you can beat Crosby then maybe you have a shot at the top two, but if you can't well your fighting for the 4 seed and a first round exit. We aren't the final more like the midterm.
