  2. Are you talking about ignoring the case by Hardin County for a good ol’ boy until it becomes more public?
  3. BC defense should give them the edge in this hard fought game. Coach Theriot will have the boys prepared and ready to stop Manning. I’m going BC 24-17.
  4. Bridge City @ Orangefield
  5. Today
  6. This wlll be a big test for us.
  7. No, it simply means they are not playing well now. If you think they are playing well now y’all are absolutely nuts You are absolutely right, they would win by 6+ if they were playing like June and July but they are NOT And yes another correct statement by me IF they KEEP playing the LAST 18 Games the WAY they are playing NOW they may NOT make the playoffs HOPEFULLY they will start playing better
  8. Lumberton defense was good, especially at LB. If Lumberton had WR this would've been a even closer game.
  9. Give me Smalley and the Cards in this one.
  10. Feel pretty good about BH , so far. With a new coaching staff and only returning 6 starters total they are exceeding my expectations. QB had a much better game against a better opponent in week 2, so I see that continuing as he gels with his receivers. Line play looks good and the playbook expanded from week 1. I really think Simper will have this team ready for district barring any injuries to key players.

  12. Taking the Bellmead boys though. Sry. 🤷🏾‍♂️
  13. I'm pulling for PNG to win this game. but I think LP may be too much. Good luck to PNG!
  14. Just improve and come out injury free.
  15. Yeah that was one of the dumb ones by Ned because I think it was third down and WOS was pinned back in their end and gave them a first. I think another might have cost a scoring drive. Anyway, it’s still early in the season but both teams need to clean those up.
  16. Just my opinion, but it seems that LP is very close to picking up right where they left off at the end of last season. An observation based solely on the scores so far and the few clips I've seen. Tackling either of the RBs typically includes dealing with some well executed stiff-arms, just like last season. I agree with your earlier comments about the Klein RB. I don't know what was going on but he wasn't in the game for much of the 3rd qtr. Maybe he wasn't full speed for some reason, but in any case the Indian D had his number.
  17. u tell me how many yards MANNING makes and i tell u who wins
  18. It’s called “Damning with Faint Praise”.
  19. Yep, scheduling 3AD1 teams.
  20. Yesterday
  21. And come out at full strength. Last year, LP came into this game missing 6 defensive starters. It took almost half the year to get them all back. Let’s just make sure everyone comes out of this game healthy. I know a lot of it is just luck. But, we can hope for the best.

  24. The Astros could win game 7 of the WS 10-0 and he would say, “If Altuve hadn’t gotten thrown out stealing 3rd in the 4th inning, we could have scored 11. Man, if he keeps running bases like that, the Astros may never win another game.
  25. One i remember was something out of bounds on the Ned side. Moved the ball up from 8 to 23. And what did we do? Tried a deep shot into double coverage for an interception. This is our style of shooting ourself in the foot. Take a gift and squander it. 3 drives stalled inside the 5... 14-6 LV better than this
  26. My pick for PNG is an unashamed homer pick. I think this is a 50/50 game. La Porte has three big strengths: (1) o-line La Porte’s o-line is elite. They’re playing like PNg’s o-line from last season. PNG’s o-line is just good, but not at La Porte’s level. (2) Simon Simon is going to be a problem, especially if we can’t get a lot of guys around him. (3) consistency This is probably their biggest strength. They aren’t perfect, and they have long stretches of their last two games where they fall off the wagon. But they’re really good at snapping back to executing how they’re supposed to execute. They don’t get rattled. The key for PNG is going to be creating balance on offense — I don’t think we win if we have to win on the ground, but we have to run enough to keep the passing lanes open. I think the most important thing for PnG is for the defense to continue their big step forward from last season. If we can get the defense off the field and get something going offensively, we can make things interesting. overall, I’m less interested in the score (of course I’d want to win) than in how we play. We need a tough preseason game to get us ready for district and the playoffs, and a little humility wouldn’t hurt. If we lose this game but learn things that makes us lethal down the road, I’m thrilled. Still, a win would also be nice.
  27. DCTF wrapped up their Monday podcast by saying how much they were looking forward to this game to learn a lot more about these two teams.
  28. Deweyville homecoming is the Colmesneil game.
