Well, you are involved. Most parents treat school as an 8 hour daycare. Not sure of your age, but I may have a generation on you. In my day, you signed nothing. Teachers would spank you, sit you in the corner afterwards, or if need be, send you to the principal. Just receiving a spanking involved a note to your parents. Guess what, you got another spanking. Parents and teachers weren’t arrested for child abuse back then. They were on the same team, and somewhere down the line, this teamwork disappeared…..and it shows.

Have you noticed he is somewhat ignoring them and just doing his thing. It really is amazing how many things he has going at the same time. His delegation skills (something no one has really talked about) are off the chain.
