Stats Perform (the one posted in NCAA's website) and FCS coaches poll have Lamar at 19 this week. SELA sits at 20. At present it appears the head to win carrying weight. Projections are limited thus far but what I'm finding has Lamar and SELA in the playoffs. South Dakota State taking a 4th straight loss has opened a spot. All Lamar can do now is win and wait. Yes, Uncle Spidey, I know your prediction. One interesting note...teams from the same conference that did not play in the regular season can play each other in the first round. One bracket has SFA as the 14th seed and hosting SELA.

I love the dozen even more after you putting it like that… cause if you did 8 6A/5A split and 2A/1A split 1/3 of the area teams are ranked in those classifications… granted 1/3 of the areas 6A/5A/4A will be ranked on Dirty Dozen but holds more weight IMO.

Should we (me) or shouldn't we (me)? I have had some folks (and coaches) ask me to bring back our basketball rankings. Personally, I don't really miss doing them. lol If the rankings are brought back, it will be for all our coverage area teams, not just super local. Can't have rankings here on this site that doesn't consider all our teams. Let's hear your opinion. Rankings or no rankings?
