  2. RB1 is fine. He’s practiced this week with no limitations
  3. Fort bend Marshall scored 2 touchdowns on special teams due to bad snaps against Friendwood. They had very little ground game. But due to Crosby's usual bad secondary play,Marshall's QB will probably light up the scoreboard.Hope I'm wrong ! FBM 34-21.
  4. Today
  5. All 7 runs so far have been from HR (2 run, grand slam, solo). The two that Framber gave up were with two outs.
  6. Rays beat Mariners 6-5 Framber had 8 Ks in 5 but Grand Slam killed him 6-1 top 8
  7. Liberty Hill was 9-3 last yr..finished 2nd in their district and lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs...they were outta the top ten most of the second half of 2024....they also got beat last week 45-10
  8. FBM gets this one, 28-14
  9. Hope the kids pull it out but not likely, huge improvements needed, you know like any level of discipline and not getting half your oline thrown out of a game. I'm just hoping Crosby can find a way to not get taunting penalties after they have a team 3rd and 11. very low bar don't punch people and taunt people is a win right now. teams behavior was an embarrassment to the entire town last week. With discipline the buck stops with the head coach period.
  10. New Caney at Cy Ranch Thursday. Volleyball at Grand Oaks Friday, will try and catch the West Fork vs Cleveland game at Randal Reed if I can get there before half time.

  13. I agree with you, both. I have EC winning this game 34-27 but would it shock me if HJ pulls off an upset? No
  14. Good post by AggiesAreWe, however the players that I mentioned that should have been in the minors, should have been in the minors. That is because they are no better than the ones they had to bring up. I agree with all the other things on your posts
  15. LCM missing their starting RB and QB?
  16. That video didn’t actually show the hit. Here’s one from cnn. I thought our commie buddies would be upset calling Trump a warmonger and such. The reality is that there is evil in this world that only responds to a smart bomb. This actually looks incendiary. [Hidden Content]
  17. Astros with a tough task tonight facing Yankee ace Max Fried. 14-5 with a 3.06 ERA and 1.11 WHIP Houston has Framber on the mound tonight.
  18. Now that’s a “war on drugs”.
  19. Yesterday
  20. I'd like to see Hitchcock vs HF, if I could be two places at once. But I plan to go watch PNG vs BU. I'm curious to see if/how the new BU coach has made a difference.
  21. Well, that’s one…..lol [Hidden Content]
  22. Need both to make our run. Paredes is a clutch bat. Don’t know his RISP. Abreu has been doing excellent but still need Hader.
  23. Isaac Paredes and Josh Hader are getting their follow-up imaging done today on their respective injuries, Joe Espada said.
  24. You were pointing out players having bad games. That happens. I pointed out players being called up due to half the team being on IL. That's a big difference. For some greater part of the season, Houston had to play some of their minor league guys because their major league guys were on the IL. Had nothing to do with performance. Basically due to attrition. Houston being three games up in September after playing most of their season with some minor leaguers on the roster speaks volumes of how well they have played overall. Astros to this date are still in top 5 hitting and top 5 pitching in the AL. Now do they need to get better with runners in scoring position? Yes indeed. That has definitely fallen off the last month. Also, the pitching has been stressed the last month due to a few being on IL. The team ERA has risen a bit. Came up from 3.45 to now 3.83. But that is normal for teams ERA to rise late in season. Arms get weary. All the AL teams ERA has risen the last month, including Texas who has been #1 all season. Their ERA has gone from 3.15 to 3.44. That's just the norm this time of year.
