  1. Past hour
  2. Take a look at the articles from each correspondent you listed (which I’m sure you haven’t bothered to do). Maybe a little biased, lol. Trump has supposedly told tens of thousands of lies, surely you guys can recall some without help from media.
  3. I’ll take another top-4 finish. Thanks again, @WOSdrummer99!
  4. #3 for Newton was just on Sunday NFL Countdown "he got mossed" for that grab over Wall's #3 and the TD. 😎
  5. Here’s your fact checkers: By Robert Farley, D'Angelo Gore, Lori Robertson and Alan Jaffe! Who says “they” are qualified to be fact checkers? Maybe biased?!
  6. I saw their highlight reel on Twitter, they looked like a HS team.
  7. I got this info from an interview that Elon Musk did. I’ll try to find it. But, I didn’t say they were receiving SS payments. I was trying to make a point that these people in the future had SS numbers. Not necessarily SS payments. Why? I’ll give you a hint: “Everything” stems from a SS number. I’ll try to find Elon’s interview clip and post it. PS — It’s interesting that your source had to state the obvious: “The maximum proven human lifespan is significantly less than 300 hundred years.” Ya think!!

  10. DaSho saved SETX/GHA football this year. Congrats! 4-2 in this seemingly annual rivalry game.
  11. List the specific lies associated with each of those. Spell out the big picture for me.
  12. Turned it off at 27-0. King was done. Already suffered through the Aggie collapse. Only game I enjoyed Saturday was NS/Duncanville. The 'best' game of the bunch--to me--was either Newton making a comeback to make a game of it, or the impressive win by Smithson Valley. SV was so fundamentally sound, it was a joy to watch, even though I was rooting for PAM. I'm VERY happy with the Victory+ ability to stream free. They were solid broadcasts. I hope they continue.
  13. Today
  14. Buna is clearly the third best team. Their only losses in district will be to EC and OF. Those games will be competitive. Could they slip up to a Warren or Hardin? Maybe. But I see them being the solid #3 seed. Kirbyville could be in the mix with those other four teams I mentioned. But I got them a step or two behind. They could upset a couple of those teams only because all 4 of these teams are not THAT good. I am very confident in those first three teams (Buna, EC, OF). But after those teams, it could be a free for all.
  15. 191,000+ was total attendance for the state championships this week.
  16. Back on top. Thank you @WOSdrummer99 for all that you do. It is greatly appreciated.
  17. Did Desoto with its 114 transfers the last three years opt up next year? Turned in 5A numbers.
  18. I’m all for a non-power 5 in the CFP if they roll through their conference easily and beat a couple of ranked non-conference power 5’s. That would make them an actual top 12 team. ND/Ole Miss and UT/Oregon would have been fun to watch.
  19. Not what I said at all, and you are obviously clueless, or just baiting. One or the other. I hope it’s the latter.
  20. Congrats to everyone! And special thank you to you @WOSdrummer99 for doing this and keeping this going. I know it’s a lot but you do an amazing job at it! Thank you again!
  21. Special thanks to SETXsports and Aaron Ward @RonWithTwoAs for providing audio broadcast for WOS this season. Many fans were thankful they were able to listen while at work Friday afternoon. Mustangs finished another historic season in Arlington. Although the results weren't what we wanted, it was as expected. Coach Surratt has been unstoppable. No other team in Region 3/4 was going to do any better. Coach Hickman should be commended for reinstalling the powerful defensive front that has turned the program back in the right direction. Defense wins championships. Well, only when the offense has the ability to score. Silver side of the ball still needs a boost. Cant be one dimensional at state and expect to out athlete the competition. The first drive showed us all we needed to see. After methodically moving down to Carthage 16. 4th and 6 call was a play action rollout with only TE as possible target. Great drive ended in nothing. Gotta put one in the air on that play. Nothing to lose. If they get an interception its same as turnover on downs. With 15 assistants for 42 players it shouldn't be hard to have one on one coaching. Especially since we only have 1 QB and 1 kicker. Obviously we still have some weak links on the staff. "We see everything and forget nothing." And just like the 1st 2 years of the experimental defense. Some of them still havnt shown they can adjust or improve on what has worked. Jefferson is a talented young man that will not be here forever. He has the ability to make almost any play work when his number is called. His record breaking season and career rushing yards is unbelievable. Not taking anything away from his accomplishments. But it's somewhat misleading about the history of our RBs and somewhat telling of our style of offense. (Pro-Style???) #4 carried us through the 4th quarter and won games in the waning minutes of the contest. Years ago we would be able to shut down the starters earlier in the game. Meaning they only played 70-80%. Also having more balanced offense meant the QB and WR had more production. Taking some of the load off our stable of powerful backs. Regardless of the past mistakes and the division that Harris pushed us all into. We have arrived once again. Now to see how the pieces fall into place for next season. Losing some starters and bringing back some keys to success. This is WOS, not the old Win-One-Soon. Now the expectations are to win championships soon. So I know I speak for the rest Mustang Nation when I say... Let's go again next year and win it all. Everyone have a safe and happy holidays. Also this is today... Coach Dan Ray Hooks Visitation will be from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 22, 2025, at West Orange Cove CISD Event Center. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
